を繁雑にし、製造コストを高くするので好ましく
ない。これらの欠点を解消するため、一つのふた
で容器を密封し、開封後もそのふたで容器を再閉
鎖しうるふた付容器が提案され、特開昭54−
78289号公報に開示されている。この公報に開示
のものは、容器開口部にスナツプばめしうるふた
を、容器開口部の外周のフランジ部に接着するこ
とによつて容器を密封し、開封に当たつては、フ
ランジ部にあらかじめ形成してあつた環状の弱部
を引き裂くことによつて、ふたをフランジ部とと
もに容器から取り外し、その後はそのふたを容器
開口部にスナツプばめすることにより再閉鎖する
ものである。

ジ部に超音波シールすべくふたに超音波振動を加
えると、容器開口部内にきつく嵌合した胴部にも
超音波振動が加わり、この部分も強く溶着してし
まう。このため、フランジ部の弱部を引き裂いて
ふたを開けようとしても、ふたの胴部が容器開口
部に強く接着していて開封できないという欠点が
あつた。
