Conventionally, the loading of muzzle into the matsudo gun was carried out by the worker himself, who took out a large number of muds stacked in a row from a pallet that was transported to the vicinity of the matsudo gun, and loaded them into the matsudo inlet provided at the top of the matsudo gun. It was done by doing.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the applicant of the present application proposed a mat loading robot in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-224277. This muzzle loading robot holds mounds one by one and loads them into the muzzle inlet of the muzzle gun according to a preset operating procedure.

However, even if the mats in the pallet are not misaligned when they are stored in the pallet, they are subject to various impacts when the pallet is transported near the mat loading robot, so they are likely to be misaligned. There were cases where it was not possible to automatically load matsudo accurately and efficiently using the .

[Purpose] The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and is a box-like structure in which the radial side plates of the cylindrical mats, which are stacked and stored in a staggered manner, are inclined at 120 degrees with respect to the bottom surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pallet that can thereby reduce the positional deviation of each mound during transportation and allow a mound loading robot to automatically load mounds into a mound gun accurately and efficiently.

[Structure of the invention] The pallet according to the invention has a box-like shape with an open top, and inside the pallet, cylindrical mats for blocking the blast furnace taphole, which are loaded into a mat gun, are stacked and stored in a staggered manner. In this case, the side plates located on both sides of the mat in the radial direction are inclined outward at 120 degrees with respect to the bottom surface, and the side plates located on both sides of the mat in the axial direction are pivoted at their lower ends to the bottom so that they can be tilted outward. It is characterized by the fact that

Incidentally, since the angle of 120° with respect to the bottom surface of the side plate may cause the mat to be slightly deformed, the angle includes an angle that has substantially the same effect.

On the front and rear sides, a fixed plate 31 having a height of approximately 1/4 of the height of the pillar 6 extends over the left and right pillars 6, 6.
31 is welded to the outer surfaces of the pillars 6, 6 in the depth direction. At the upper edge of each fixed plate 31, 31, a movable plate 32 having the same horizontal dimension as the fixed plate 3 and approximately three times the height is installed. It is pivoted so that it can be tilted outward. Latching fittings 13, 13 are attached to the upper ends of the outer surfaces of the movable plates 32, 32 on both sides in the left and right direction, respectively, and the latching fittings 13, 13 are attached to the upper ends of the outer surfaces of the respective columns 6, 6... The movable plate 32 can be brought into a closed state by engaging with locking pieces 14, 14 attached to the movable plate 32. Further, chains 9, 9 are interposed between the inside of the movable plate 32 at the attachment position of the latching metal fittings 13, 13 and the attachment member 15 extending between the columns 6, 6. The length is such that when the latching metal fittings 13, 13 are released from the locking pieces 14, 14, the movable plate 32 can be supported with the movable plate 32 opened outward by about 30 degrees in the depth direction, as shown in FIG. It is determined that

has been erected. The height of the support members 10, 10 is set to be the same as that of the side plates 2, 2. A rectangular inclined side plate 11 inclined at 120° is fixed to the upper edge of the support member 10 and the bottom plate 4. This angle of 120° is the angle between the bottom plate 4 and the inner surface of the inclined side plate 11. The inclined side plate 11 is reinforced and supported by three trapezoidal ribs 12, 12, 12 arranged at an appropriate distance apart in the depth direction.

Inside the product 1, cylindrical mats 20 are arranged in four layers in the height direction, with the axial length direction being the same as the depth direction of the product 1, and in an appropriate number in the horizontal and depth directions in an orderly manner in a staggered manner. It is stored. Note that although the adjacent mats 20, 20 are depicted as being in close contact with each other in the drawings, they may be provided with a slight gap.

Now, as described above, the product 1 containing the mat 20 is suspended by a crane, transported to the vicinity of the mat loading robot, and placed on the ground. During this time, the movable plates 32, 32 are connected to the latch fitting 13 and the locking piece 14.
Close it using. When transporting the product 1 with the mats 20 neatly stored in this manner by a crane, the mats 20 may move in the left-right direction due to the shape of the crane due to swinging of the crane's hook or impact when placed on the ground. Although there is a risk of rolling and misalignment, as described above, the product 1 is constructed with inclined side plates 11, 11 on both sides in the left-right direction that are inclined at 120 degrees with respect to the bottom surface.
The lower layer located on both sides in the left and right direction (2 layers in the example)
The outer peripheral surface of the mats 20, 20... of the layer) is inclined side plate 1
1 and 11, respectively, and the geometric configuration allows each mat 20 to have good consistency, and each mat 20 as a whole is arranged from top to bottom and outward in the left and right direction. Since a pressing force is applied inward from the front, discrete movement outward in the left-right direction is prevented. Therefore, the proposed product 1
In this case, the degree of misalignment that occurs in the mat 20 during transportation can be significantly reduced. As a result, as mentioned above, the manipulator section 50 of the Matsudo loading robot
(See Figure 3)
When loading the muzzles 20 one by one into the muzzle inlet of the muzzle gun, there is no mistake in holding the muzzle 20 by the manipulator unit 50, and the muzzle 20 does not fall after being held, so that the predetermined number of muzzles 20 can be automatically loaded accurately. It can be done quickly and efficiently.

Furthermore, since this embodiment has a movable plate 32 that can be tilted outward in the depth direction, it is necessary to tilt the muzzle 20 located at both ends in the depth direction when loading the muzzle gun into the muzzle gun. Thereby, there is no risk that the manipulator part 50 will come into contact with the movable plate 32 when the manipulator part 50 is inserted into the product 1 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Therefore, the mat 20 in such a position can be loaded without any problem.

Further, in this embodiment, the height of the inclined side plate 11 is set to be a little higher than the height of the lower two layers of the mat 20, but it is not limited to this, and may be set to the height of four layers, for example. .

[Effects] As detailed above, the pallet according to the present invention has a cylindrical mat whose radially opposite sides are opposed to the bottom surface.
The box shape is tilted 120 degrees, which greatly reduces the misalignment of each mat during transportation, and the side plates on both sides of the mat are pivoted so that they can be tilted outward. Therefore, by tilting the side plate during work with the Matsudo loading robot, the opening becomes wider, and there is no risk of the Matsudo loading robot, Matsudo, etc. coming into contact with the side plate, making it easier to handle the Matsudo. As a result, the present invention has excellent effects, such as the ability to automatically load muzzles into muzzle guns using a muzzle loading robot accurately and efficiently.
