(Prior Art) The surface of a synthetic resin film is highly smooth and has good stain resistance, making it impossible to write on it with a pencil or ballpoint pen. Therefore, Jikko Sho 51-49045
As described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-30376, a film with a roughened surface was used by adhering cellophane paper or by embossing the surface as described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-30376. However, gluing cellophane paper or the like requires many steps, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost. Also, the unevenness formed by embossing tends to become uneven due to uneven pressure during embossing, etc. It was inconvenient to write down. Another drawback is that the film itself has a low hiding power, and when the film is placed or attached to a substrate, the color of the substrate is visible through the film, making it difficult to identify written characters, etc. It had

(Means for Solving the Problems) The writable synthetic resin film of the present invention, as shown in FIG. The pine ink layer is formed using a pine ink prepared by mixing 5 to 15 parts by weight of finely powdered silica having a particle size of 3 to 5 microns to 100 parts by weight of the binder.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a solid layer 4 of colored ink is provided between the metal vapor deposited layer 2 and the pine ink layer 3, or in addition thereto, on the back surface of the synthetic resin film 1, so that the pine ink can be applied. It can also increase the ability of colorants applied to the layer to enhance the color effect.

The colored ink solid layer 4 is formed by solid printing a colored ink using an arbitrary pigment, but in order to further enhance the coloring effect of the coloring agent transferred to the pine ink layer, it is preferable to use a coloring agent that is not transferred to the pine ink layer. It is preferable to use ink with high brightness, such as white ink.

(Function) The metal vapor deposited layer blocks light and dramatically increases the hiding power of the film, eliminating the influence of the color of the substrate. In addition, the ink that forms the matte ink layer has a particle size of 3 to 5 μm and a surface area of 200 μm.
Since fine powder silica with ~300m 2 /g and oil absorption of 150-230g/100g is used, colorants such as carbon particles with a particle size of 10-90mμ are embedded between the silica particles, resulting in coloring. Good agent transfer and excellent wear resistance.
