The problem is that the noise generated by the movement of the wire harness makes the driver and passengers feel uncomfortable, and may even cause a traffic accident.
Furthermore, it is also known that a sound-absorbing material layer made of polyurethane foam or the like is provided on a base material made of a synthetic resin foam or a laminate of a synthetic resin foam and a synthetic resin film (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 51-112018 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-67438, etc.). however,
In all of these, a sound-absorbing material layer is provided on the indoor side of the base material, and for this reason, there is a problem in that the base material is likely to rub against the ceiling of the vehicle body during driving, producing unpleasant noises.

As a result, the sound absorbing material layer 3
And/or the facing material layer 2 (and the cushioning material layer 6 if necessary) is formed by forming the base material 1 (or the base material 1 with the synthetic resin thin film layer 5 on both sides or one side) into a predetermined shape, and then The covering material layer 2 may be attached to the side where the material layer 3 contacts the ceiling surface of the automobile body so that it is located on the indoor side.

This has the effect of greatly reducing the amount of noise, etc., and allows the driver and fellow passengers to drive comfortably.
In addition, since a sound-absorbing material layer is provided on the side of the base material made of styrene resin foam that contacts the ceiling surface of the automobile body, even if the base material is made of styrene resin foam, which tends to produce unpleasant noises when rubbed, This has the advantage that there is no risk of the base material rubbing against the automobile ceiling material and producing unpleasant noises when the vehicle is running.
