【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、両面射出成型用金型装置の新規なる
提案に斯り、其の特長・効果は凡そ次の如くであ
る。 延長ノズルが長短滑動自由自在なり・・・・・・・
・・・。 然も長短伸縮自在なるも、
溶融樹脂洩れゼロ・・・・・・・・。 〜項にもカカワラ(不拘)ず、
原理構造は至簡その物・・・・・・・・・・。 従つて、製作容易・・・・・価格低廉安価・・・・
・・。 汎用インジエクシヨン・・・・・・・・・・えの装
着極めて容易・・・・・・・・・。 横型インジエクシヨンスタツクモールド切・・・
・・・・・・
換O・・.K・。 等、本案の実用的効果は抜群にして、成型業者の
如何を問わず生産性の向上は間違いなく向上し得
る効果の秀れた考案足り得るものである。 扨て、汎用型インジエクシヨン(横型)用のス
タツクモールド金型の基本的構造としては、先ず
両側にパーテイングを有する一対のキヤビテイプ
レートと、その中心部分に両面キヤビテイに溶融
樹脂の射出を可能とする射出ブロツクを備えた仕
様と成るが、然し、斯る基本構造に対する制約条
件として、射出工程終了後、金型開き工程に移行
した際、双方のキヤビテイパーテイングライン上
に、溶融樹脂洩れ或いは亦、鼻タレ現象、ストリ
ング、……等の発生はイササ(聊)かたりとも許
されるものではない。何故ならば、斯る事象の発
生は…製品又は溶融樹脂洩れ鼻タレ、……等を起
した樹脂其のものを、次工程の型締めの際、パー
テイングライン上に挟み込む事と成り之が成型製
品や金型自体えの重大事故にツナ(繋)がるオソ
レ(虞)が有るからに他ならない。これが更に、
今日、成型業界に在つては、生産性向上を目指し
昼夜間を問わず無人操業が常とされる所謂、高度
な生産性の合理化が要求される時代に在り、既述
せる如き不充分なる装置を敢えて採用するが如き
事は殆んど不可能とされているユエン(所以)で
もある。 本考案は斯る点に鑑みなされたものにして、両
面用射出ブロツクの型開き時に、今迄連結してい
た延長ノズルと中央射出ブロツクとが分離する点
に着目したものにして、相方の分離部分より溶融
樹脂が洩れ出すのはケダ(蓋)し当然の事である
とし、延長ノズル自体を二重管構造にして且つ滑
動自在に嵌合せしめる事に依り伸縮自在とした点
が本考案のポイント足り得る。以下図面の実施例
に基づき説明する。 両面射出成型用金型装置S.M.Aの対称軸線Y−
Y上に、適当なる容量〔幅b×高h×厚t〕を占
めるマニホールドM・Hを夫々1対の可動側M.
C.P・固定側F.C.Pキヤビテイプレートを配し挟
着して成る両面射出成型用金型装置S.M.Aの一方
の中心部C−Cに、該成型機射出シリンダー(図
は省略)からの溶融樹脂Mをキヤビテイプレート
え射出充填する為、外層に円筒状ヒータを嵌着
せる外筒Pの内部に管体状中子Iを滑動自在〔即
ち、管体状中子Iは外筒P内にて滑動運動可能〕
