ける冷媒の状態をそれぞれ示す図、第５図は従来
の冷凍装置の概略構成を示す図である。
図において、２ａは第１の凝縮部、２ｂは第２
の凝縮部、２ｃは過冷却部、３０は液溜である。
なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
す。
