【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、使用後の投棄処分を危険無く行ない
うるようにした使捨て注射器のキヤツプに関する

チなどの折取り具を用意しなければならず、面倒
であり、結局、そのまま投棄されてしまうことが
多い。

ツプの一部に簡便な操作によつて針を折り取るこ
とのできる機能を持たせたキヤツプを提案するも
ので、使用後の注射器の針をこのキヤツプに設け
た細孔に差し込んでキヤツプを倒すことにより、
針を折り取り、折れた針がキヤツプ内に保持され
る構造のものに想到した。以下、実施例により説
明する。

１は、本考案にかかるキヤツプで、第１図に示
すように注射針保護のため注射筒２先端に嵌着さ
れ、ユーザーである医師の手に渡るときには、こ
の状態で全体が袋中に収められ減菌されている。
第１図においてはキヤツプ１先端には、キヤツプ
内部から外方に通じる細孔３が設けられている。
細孔３の形成は、同図に示すようにキヤツプ先端
の内方に突出する長さ２〜３mmの突起を設けてそ
の中心に設けても、また、第２図に示すようにキ
ヤツプ先端部分全体を厚み２〜３mmの厚肉にし
て、そこに設けるようにしても良い。この突起あ
るいは厚肉部分は、後述の折取り作業が容易で、
かつ、折り取つた針の保持を確実にするためのも

する。使用後の注射器の先端に本考案にかかるキ

が詰まつた状態のものであつても針先４により貫
通される。）、キヤツプ１を左右に数回傾倒往復さ
せると、針４は、突起または厚肉部分で把持され
ているので、この動作によつて根元から折り取ら
れ、折り取られた針はキヤツプ内で、突起または
厚肉部分によりそのまま保持される。そこで、キ
