are erected and positioned outside both edges of the hot plate 1, and have handles 7, 7 attached to both ends. Each guard 6 includes a first wall portion 6a whose outer surface is curved to have a convex shape as shown in FIG. It has an integral double wall structure with a section 6b. The first wall portion 6a and the second wall portion 6b are spaced apart from each other, and a space 9 is formed between the first wall portion 6a and the second wall portion 6b.
The second wall portion 6b forms a hot plate 1 and faces the hot plate 1.
and are opposed to each other with a gap 10 formed therebetween. In addition, air intake holes 1 are provided at the periphery of the bottom plate portion 5.
1 is provided, and from this intake hole 11 the gap 10
A ventilation passage 12 leading to is configured. Note that the bottom plate portion 5 and the guard 6 are joined by machine screws 13 and the like. Furthermore, a heat reflective layer 8 is formed on the inner surface of the first wall portion 6a and the inner and outer surfaces of the second wall portion 6b, by painting, printing, plating, etc. in white, silver, or the like. Handles 16, 16 are provided at both ends of the hot plate 1, and connection terminals 18, 18 connected to the plug terminals of the power supply plug 4, and power supply terminals are provided on the bottom surface of one end of the hot plate 1, as shown in FIG. A cylindrical heat-sensing port 19 into which a heat-sensitive rod 4a provided on the plug 4 is inserted is provided adjacently. The connection terminals 18, 18 are connected to the end portions of a heating element 2 cast into the lower surface of the hot plate 1, and the opening of the heat sensing port 19 is opened and closed by a shielding plate 20. The above shielding plate 20
The center part is rotatably supported on the lower surface of the hot plate 1,
It is always biased in the direction of blocking and closing the heat sensing port 19. Also, the handles 7, 7 of the frame 3 have a recess 2 in the middle part.
1 and 21, and the handles 16 and 16 of the hot plate 1 are accommodated in these recesses 21 and 21, and the connection terminal of the hot plate 1 is provided on the outer surface of one handle 7 of the frame 3. 18 and a plug insertion port 22 communicating with the heat sensing port 19 is provided. Furthermore, the bottom plate portion 5 of the frame body 3
A protrusion 24 for releasing the shield is provided on the upper surface at a position inside the plug insertion port 22, and when the hot plate 1 is placed on the frame 3, this protrusion 24 closes one end of the shield plate 20. is pressed to rotate the shielding plate 20 in the opening direction. Therefore, when the heat plate 1 is placed on the frame 3, the heat-sensitive rod 4a of the power supply plug 4 can be inserted into the heat detection port 19 through the plug insertion port 22, and at the same time, the plug terminal of the power supply plug 4 can be inserted into the connection terminal 18. , 18, but the hot plate 1
When removed from the frame 3, the heat sensing port 19 is exposed to the shielding plate 20.
The power supply plug 4 is automatically shut off and the connection of the power supply plug 4 in a state where it is removed from the frame body 3 is prohibited.
更に、熱板1の各把手16,16の下方には、

Locking protrusion 2 protruding outward as shown in Fig. 5
5 and 25, one handle 7 of the frame 3 is provided with a locking recess 26 into which the one locking protrusion 25 is fitted from the inside, and the other handle 7 is provided with a locking recess 26 into which the other locking protrusion 25 is fitted from the inside. Hooks 27 that can be freely engaged and detached from each other are provided respectively. Therefore, the hook 27 is removed from the other locking protrusion 25, and the hook 27 is removed from the other locking protrusion 25.
5 from the locking recess 26, the hot plate 1 can be removed from the frame 3, and after the other locking protrusion 25 is fitted into the locking recess 26, the hook is inserted into one of the locking protrusions 25. When 27 is engaged, the hot plate 1 will be fixed within the frame 3. In this state, the hot plate 1 is positioned at an appropriate position within the frame 3 by fitting the handles 16, 16 into the recesses 21, 21 of the frame 3.

よく清掃することができる。 With the above configuration, heat conduction from the hot plate 1 to the guard 6 is blocked by the gap 10, and radiant heat from the hot plate 1 toward the first wall 6a is transferred to the second wall. 6b, and therefore the temperature rise of the first wall portion 6a, which is directly touched by the user's hands, is reliably suppressed. Furthermore, since a heat reflection layer 8 is formed on the inner surface of the first wall portion 6a and the inner and outer surfaces of the second wall portion 6b, radiant heat is effectively reflected, and moreover, the heat reflection layer 8 is formed on the inner surface of the first wall portion 6a and the inner and outer surfaces of the second wall portion 6b. Since the low-temperature air outside the frame 3 flows along the second wall portion 6b through the ventilation path 12 extending from the hole 11 to the space 10,
Due to these synergistic effects, the temperature rise of the guard 6 can be suppressed more actively. Guard 6 like this
is maintained at a relatively low temperature without using special heat insulating materials, etc., so there is no danger of getting burned even if you touch the guard 6 while the hot plate 1 is heating, and the structure is simplified and assembly work is easy. This will help reduce costs. By configuring the guard 6 with a double wall structure, the guard 6 can obtain sufficient strength even if the plate thickness is made slightly thinner, and the strength of the guard 6 can be increased while reducing the weight. There are advantages. In addition, since the hot plate 1 is detachably provided to the frame 3, the hot plate 1
can be removed from the frame plate 3 and cleaned easily and efficiently by washing with water or the like.
