部の如きは内面の加工処理は殆ど不可能に近く、
殊に従前は鉄板製ドラム罐が多く耐久力も弱いた
め再用に関する問題も少なかつたが、近時はステ
ンレスを材料とする耐久力あり高価なドラム罐が
多く採用されるに至つたため前回化学薬液等を収
容したドラム罐は洗浄して再三使用することとな
つた。茲に於いて、単に天板や地板を胴板に捲回
接着しただけのものでは天板の周囲部と胴板の上
端との捲回接着部に於いて環状の浅部間〓aを存
すると共に、該浅部間〓aは捲状により上方に続
き捲回部の深部間〓bを成形するもので、一度是
等の間〓内に前回収容の化学薬液等が滲入する場
合は、ドラム罐の内面を細い出入口より洗浄液を
注入して洗浄しても仲々完全に洗除することが出
来ず、殊に深部間〓bに浸入した化学薬液等は殆
ど絶対に洗去することが出来ない有り様であり、
又、地板と胴板との捲回接着部に於いては前記天
板と胴板との接着部に於いて必然的に生ずる環状
の浅部間〓a′並びに之に下方に連続して存する捲
回による深部の間〓b′等に前回の化学薬液等が浸
入し、殊に度々使用するものに於いては、該捲回
部下端が他物に衝撃する等のために変形すると、
該深部間〓b′は更に拡大する傾向があるもので、
是等間〓a,b,a′,b′等に一度浸入した化学薬
液等は殆ど絶対的に簡単な洗浄等では洗去するこ
とが出来ず、如何に入念に洗浄しても、次回別の
化学薬液等を該ドラム罐に収容する場合は、前回
の化学薬液は何時のまにか新収容の化学薬液等に
浸入混入し、其の性能を損傷し、殆に香気を伴う
薬液等に於いてはデリケートに作用し、到底洗浄
再用に適さざる有り様である。

化学薬品を収容する場合は汚損するおそれがあ
り、多数回転用の化学薬品収容用のドラム罐とし
ての使用には適しない欠点を存するものである。

断つもので、該間〓a並びにbにドラム内に収容
した化学薬液等は絶対に浸入しない状態となすも
のである。次に3は地板にして、其の外周を略ぼ
直角状に下向に屈曲させ、その屈曲部5の外周は
胴板1の内面に内接する直径とするものである。
11は該地板3の屈曲端部と胴板1の下端部との
捲回接着部である。16は該捲回接着部の基部を
地板屈曲部5と胴板1の下端部とに亘つて罐外よ
りシーム溶接を施した部分で、両者は一体状に溶
着するものである。該地板3と胴板1との捲回接
着部11は内面隅部に環状の凹入浅部の間〓a′を
存せず、凹入間〓のない略ぼ直角状の隅部cを存
するに過ぎないと共に、捲回接着部11には多少
の深部の間〓b′は存在するが、前記略ぼ直角状の
隅部cと、前記深部の間〓b′との間にはシーム熔
着部分16を介在するから流通間〓が介在せず、
断絶状態となつており、収容した化学薬液等は隅
部cより深部の間〓b′に浸入することなく、洗浄
に当たり間〓b′部の化学薬液等を洗出す必要がな
いと共に、使用のため該間〓b′が多少変形するよ
うなことがあつても前回の薬液等は浸入していな
いのであるから新収容液に混入する惧はない。

いから簡略に洗浄しても前回の化学薬液等がドラ
ム内の何処にも残ることなく、容易に完全洗浄が
出来、次回に如何なる前回の化学薬液と反応する
化学薬液等を収容するも毫も変質等の惧がなく、
ステンレス等の高級ドラム罐に於いても高頻度に
容易に転換使用することが出来、本発明の完成に
より高級のステンレス製ドラム罐を化学薬品収容
に使用する場合を始め、再三転用して化学薬品の
化学的変化等なきを得るに至つたもので効果誠に
顕著である。

ることを特徴とするクローズドタイプドラム罐の
製造方法。
