[Problem that the invention aims to solve] From an ergonomic standpoint, the correct sleeping position is said to be one in which the upright body is tilted back 90 degrees and the person lies on his back, as shown in Figure 1. This corresponds to this, and in this state, only the buttocks and the back of the chest are in contact with the floor, and the lower back is 2 to 3 cm deep.
The cervical vertebrae are approximately 8 cm away from the floor, and the back of the head is approximately 5 cm apart from the floor.

In order to maintain this correct sleeping posture, it is necessary to support the head by filling a space of 5cm to 8cm, which is the height from the line connecting the tip of the buttocks and the back of the chest to the cervical vertebrae and the back of the head. There is a pillow that fulfills this role.

However, conventional pillows do not take this into account at all, and for example, as shown in Figure 2, the cylindrical pillows that mainly support the back of the head tend to push the head forward and upward, creating a so-called forward-slouching posture. , all of the weight of the head is not stably held by the pillow, and part of it is transferred to the neck and shoulders, which not only stiffens the muscles of the neck and shoulders and makes it difficult to sleep, but also causes distortion of the cervical vertebrae. It also became a cause for the occurrence of such problems. It also contributes to the misalignment of the neck muscles caused by tossing and turning during sleep. In particular, since the weight of the head accounts for approximately 8% of the total body weight, the burden placed on the neck and shoulders is large, and the above-mentioned adverse effects have been particularly severe.

In order to eliminate the drawbacks of pillows that only support the back of the head, a pillow is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-9141 that can support both the back of the head and the neck at the same time.
In the case of the pillow for correcting the vertebral vertebrae of Publication No. 8089, the basic idea of maximizing the function and role of the pillow for maintaining a correct sleeping posture, which has been proven from the ergonomic standpoint as described above. They were unable to get a good night's sleep and improve their health.

In addition, the pillow for correcting vertebral vertebrae disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-8089 is made of multiple rod-shaped rigid bodies in order to make the part that supports the neck hard, but this is too hard, which makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was a problem in that it interfered with the movement and caused pain in the neck.

While it is necessary to match the curved shape of the neck, the prior art simply forms the neck into a cylindrical, elliptical or curved shape without taking this point into consideration.
Furthermore, there was a problem in that the neck supporting member and the back of the head supporting member had the same shape even though their functions and roles were different.

Furthermore, there have been proposals to install magnets in pillows in order to improve blood circulation, eliminate stiff shoulders and blood circulation disorders, stabilize the autonomic nervous system, get a good night's sleep, and promote health. Since a magnet was placed on the pillow and simply covered with a pillow cover, the pillow cover and the magnet would shift during sleep, making it impossible to obtain an effective magnetic effect.

In order to eliminate this problem, some proposals have been made to attach magnets to the surface of the pillow and fix it.
There was a problem in that the so-called "habituation phenomenon" peculiar to magnets made it difficult to exert the magnetic effect.

This "habituation phenomenon" is a phenomenon in which, for example, even after stiff shoulders have healed, if you continue to bring the affected area into contact with the magnet more than necessary and perform magnetic treatment, the magnetic effect gradually stops appearing. In order to always perform in the best condition, it is necessary to make the magnets removable as necessary.

Moreover, most conventional pillows have a cylindrical or elliptical shape, and the area that the magnet hits is inevitably the back of the head, which has the disadvantage that it does not hit the cervical vertebrae and shoulders where magnetism is most needed. I was unable to demonstrate any effectiveness.

The receiver 2 has a three-layer structure, and the first layer is formed with a cushion body 7 made of a medium-soft urethane foam that is flexible, elastic, and highly breathable. A large number of protrusions 8 are evenly formed on the surface of 7, and these protrusions 8 are formed into a substantially truncated pyramid shape in order to obtain stability. The surface is said to widen at the end. In addition, the tip is not round wart-shaped or simply mountain-shaped, but has a finger-tip shape with a wide top surface area to ensure stable support of the head and cervical vertebrae and to prevent discomfort. It has an optimal shape.

That is, in the first layer, since the protrusion 8 is provided, the cervical vertebrae and the back of the head can be reliably supported as a point by the stiffening treatment part 9, so that a normal sleeping posture can be maintained and it is possible to turn over in bed. Not only is it easier to strike and the effect of acupressure is enhanced, but a space is formed between the cervical vertebrae and the occipital region and the cervical vertebrae region receptor and the occipital region receptor, increasing the heat retention effect, and the air in this space is circulated. This allows for greater breathability and hygroscopicity, which promotes perspiration and has a greater cooling effect.

Next, the second layer supports 10 and 17 of the present invention
Since it is made of a material made by compressing the crude fibers of coconut into a board, it has enough hardness to reliably support the cushion bodies 7 and 16, which are the first layers, and maintain a normal sleeping posture. There is no risk of the cervical vertebrae and the back of the head sinking, and since it is formed by compressing crude fibers, it has excellent restoring force and can withstand long-term use.

Furthermore, unlike conventional supports 10 and 17, they are formed by compressing the crude fibers of coconut, so they have excellent breathability and dehumidification properties, eliminating the need to dry the pillow even when used every day. In addition, since the supports 10 and 17 are made of natural materials, they have a breathing function by themselves, so they have good breathability.

Furthermore, since a large number of air cushion bodies 13 are disposed in the third layer of the elastic body 11 of the present invention, as the load portion sinks, the surrounding cushion bodies are simultaneously pulled, as in the conventional case. There is no risk of deformation of the entire cushion body, and only the load-bearing parts can individually and independently exert repulsive elastic force in response to head pressure, thereby maintaining a normal sleeping posture. .

In other words, since the air cushion bodies 13 are fitted individually, they can each exert their own repulsive elastic force, and the air cushion bodies 13 can individually exert a repulsive force depending on the strength of the head pressure applied thereto. Furthermore, since the magnet body 22 of the present invention is removable, it can be attached and detached as needed.
For this reason, there is no risk of the so-called "habituation phenomenon" peculiar to magnets occurring, and for example, even after a stiff shoulder has healed, the affected area will not continue to come into contact with the magnet body 22 more than necessary, and as a result, the magnetic effect will always be maintained at its best.
