  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液面検出の対象となる液体がその液面の変
    動にともなつて自由に流動するガイド空間を有す
    るケース本体と、 このケース本体のガイド空間内に上下動自在に
    保持され上記液面の変動にともなつて上下動する
    磁石フロートと、 上記ケース本体のガイド空間の上部及び下部の
    一方に設けられ上記磁石フロートの上下動を検出
    する磁気センサと、 上記ケース本体のガイド空間の上部及び下部の
    他方に設けられ上記磁石フロートを上記液面の変
    動と無関係に上下動させる電磁石とを具備したこ
    とを特徴とする液面検出装置。 (2) 磁石フロートに発泡合成樹脂ボンド磁石を
    用いることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の液面検
    出装置。
