Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 塗型液を収容した塗型液槽と、塗型液槽の液面
    の上方の所定位置に設けられた鋳型載置部材と、
    塗型液槽の液面下に沈下した下降位置と液面の上
    方に所定ストローク上昇した上昇位置とに昇降可
    能に設けられた塗型液皿と、塗型液皿を昇降する
    昇降駆動手段とを備え、鋳型載置部材に鋳型を配
    設した状態で塗型液皿を下降位置から上昇位置に
    上昇させて塗型液皿の塗型液に鋳型の所定部分を
    浸漬することにより鋳型に塗型液を塗布する鋳型
    の塗型剤塗布装置において、 上記塗型液皿に、上端が開口された塗型液カツ
    プと上記塗型液カツプに連通接続されたノズルと
    を設け、 上記塗型液カツプの上昇位置に対応する位置に
    配設され塗型液カツプの開口部を塞ぐ状態に接続
    可能なキヤツプ部材を備え、塗型液カツプに加圧
    エアを供給する加圧エア供給手段を設けたことを
    特徴とする鋳型の塗型剤塗布装置。
