料通路のバルブシート面からスタータ通路開口ま
での寸法Nが、スタータエア通路開口までの寸法

ツド部に段部を介して細径部が形成され、その段
部からプランジヤヘツドのバルブシート面までの
寸法が上記寸法Mに一致して設定されたことを特
