却水回路４の水ポンプ３の下流側と前記冷却水回
路１０の水ポンプ７の上流側を設定温度以下で連
通するバイパス通路１３で連結すると共に、前記
冷却水回路１０のアフタクーラ８の下流側と前記
冷却水回路４の水ポンプ３の上流側を設定温度以
下で連通するバイパス通路１４で連結したことを
