周波を印加することで、ミラーとミラーケースお
よび表皮材の3者を一体に融着し、次いで高周波
ウエルダ電極の内周に設けたカツト刃を表皮材に
押し付けることで表皮材をミラーケースの内側形
状に沿つて切り離し可能としたことを特徴とする
ミラー付サンバイザの製造方法。
