Claims (1)
- 四隅の４本の柱が天井梁、床梁で結合された直
方体状の骨組フレームを有する住宅ユニツトが複
数組み合わせられることにより建てられる工業化
住宅において、相隣接する前記住宅ユニツトにお
ける床面材は前記床梁の外周側端部まで達する長
さを有し、この床梁の上面にパツキンを介して前
記床面材の端部が固定されるとともに、相隣接す
る前記住宅ユニツトにおける前記床梁まで達する
幅寸法の薄板部材が各住宅ユニツトの前記床面材
の上面間に架け渡されてこれらの床面材に固定さ
れていることを特徴とする工業化住宅の床。
