盤の掘削用カツターヘツドに関するものである。 [従来の技術] 中硬質地盤の堀削用に使用されている従来の掘
削用カツターヘツドは第7図乃至第9図に示すよ
うに、カツターボデイa先端のフイツシユテール
bと最外周のビツトcと接線のなす角度θが60〜
80°で、カツタービツトcの掘削面と掘削地面に
対する垂直面とのなす角α(すくい角)が0°で、
且つ該カツタービツトcの掘削地面に対する逃げ
角βが15°で、更に該カツタービツトcの取り付
け方向が半径に対して15°内側に向いている(ラ
ジアルレークγ)。 [考案が解決しようとする問題点] しかし、斯かる従来のカツターヘツドでは永久
凍土のような中硬質地盤の場合、回転掘削抵抗が
大きすぎて喰込みが悪く、掘削能率が低かつた。 [問題点を解決するための手段] 本考案は上述の問題点を解決し、中硬質以上の
地盤に対し喰込みが良く、高い掘削能率を発揮す
ることができるようにすることを目的としてなし
たもので、カツターボデイの先端に中高三山状の
フイツシユテールを設け、該カツターボデイにカ
ツタービツトをすくい角が3〜7°、逃げ角が5〜
10°、ラジアルレークが20〜30°となるよう固着
し、更に前記フイツシユテールと最外周のカツタ
ービツトとの接線のなす角度を40〜50°としたこ
とを特徴とするものである。 [作用] フイツシユテールと最外周ビツトとの接線のな
す角度θが40〜50°と全体として尖鋭化し、カツ
タービツトのすくい角αが3〜7°、逃げ角βが5
〜10°及びラジアルレークγが20〜30°であるので
喰込みが良く、更にフイツシユテールが中高三山
状であるので掘削抵抗が小さくなり、高能率の掘
削を行なえる。 [実施例] 以下、図面に基づいて本考案の実施例を説明す
る。 第1図乃至第6図は本考案の一実施例であり、
カツターボデイ1の先端中心に中高三山状のフイ
ツシユテール2を固着する。該フイツシユテール
2は中央の掘削刃3を突出させ、該掘削刃3の先
端に所要の角度で設けた掘削4,5の刃部に超硬
チツプ6を設けてあり、両側の側方掘削刃7にも
所要の角度で掘削面8を設け、該掘削面8の刃部
に超硬チツプ9を設けてある。 前記カツターボデイ1の外周にカツタービツト
10を2条の渦巻状に適数(本実施例では各3
個)固着し、最外周のカツタービツト10と前記
フイツシユテール2との接線のなす角度θが40〜
50°となるようにし、該各カツタービツト10の
掘削面と掘削地面に対する垂直面とのなすすくい
角αを3〜7°、該カツタービツト10の掘削地面
に対する逃げ角βを5〜10°、更に該カツタービ
ツト10の取り付け方向を半径方向に対するラジ
アルレーク角γが20〜30°となるようにしてある。 以上のように構成した本考案の堀削用カツター
ヘツドと従来のカツターヘツドとを堀削テストに
