Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve workability, vibration-isolation and noiseproof by forming a buried duct, which penetrates through a partition, in a double duct in combination with an outer duct in size a little smaller than the opening size and an inner duct in a size smaller than the outer duct and arranging a filler material of vibro-isolating substance, noise-shielding substance, etc. in a clearance between both the inner and outer ducts. CONSTITUTION:An air duct 1 is formed in rectangular tubular shape, and a flange 2 is provided in an inner direction in the peripheral end of both side openings. While a casing 3 is formed in rectangular tubular shape of similar figure to the air duct 1, and a reinforcing angle 4 is secured to the peripheral edge in both end side openings. The air duct 1 and the casing 3 are combined so as to form a space 6, and a vibro-isolating rubber 7 and lock wool 8 are respectively arranged in four sides in the space 6 and fixedly tightened by bolts 9. The lock wool 8 jointly serves for heat-insulation, vibro-isolation and noiseproof. Workability is improved by eliminating the necessity for work of winding glass wool or the like or work of filling a hole with mortar after the duct is arranged.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention is applicable to wind pipes (ducts) and water pipes (hereinafter simply referred to as piping materials) that penetrate partition walls of air conditioning machine rooms, pump rooms, etc. during construction of buildings etc. Related to embedded pipes used for vibration isolation and sound insulation [Prior art] Conventionally, methods such as those shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 have been adopted for vibration isolation and sound insulation of piping materials. That is, first, as shown in FIG. 4, a wooden frame 21, which is considerably larger than the piping material to be attached, is embedded during concrete pouring. After the wall body 22 is formed by pouring concrete, the wooden frame 2
1 to open the opening 23, and insert the piping material 2 into the opening 23.
4 is passed through, and glass wool or rock wool 25 is wrapped around the outside of the piping material 24 for vibration isolation, and the outside is further covered with an iron plate or lead sheet, and the outermost covering material and wall body 22 are wrapped. Mortar 26 was packed into the gap between the two to fill the hole and prevent sound from leaking out.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in recent years, air conditioning machine rooms, pump rooms, etc. have become smaller in buildings, and there is a problem in that it is sometimes very difficult to wrap glass wool or rock wool 25 after piping. Another problem is that even if it is possible to wrap glass wool or rock wool 25, the work cannot be done sufficiently, and an increasing number of buildings are producing vibrations and noise after completion. Furthermore, since it is not possible to embed mortar sufficiently between the iron plate or lead plate used for lagging and the wall body 22, there is also the problem that vibration and noise easily escape.

The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and eliminates the need for wrapping glass wool or rock wool or filling holes with mortar, which are required in conventional construction methods, and improves workability, vibration isolation, and sound insulation. The purpose is to provide a good implantable tube.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an embedded pipe that fits into an opening penetrating a partition wall and connects pipes located on both sides of the partition wall, the size of which is slightly larger than the above-mentioned opening size. A double pipe is formed by combining an outer pipe with a small diameter and an inner pipe with a smaller diameter than the outer pipe, and a filling material such as a vibration-proofing material or a sound-insulating material is arranged in the gap between the two pipes. be.

In addition, to prevent the outer and inner tubes from shifting during transportation,
It is preferable that a vibration isolating rubber is disposed between the outer tube and the inner tube, a recess is provided on the inner tube side of the vibration isolating rubber, and a bolt fixing nut is fixed in the recess.

The rock wool 8 serves as a heat insulator, vibration damper, and sound insulator, and has a thickness of 50 mm and a density of 60 mm, for example. Furthermore, since there is a possibility that water may enter the gap 6 during concrete pouring and reduce the heat insulation performance, it is preferable to wrap the rock wool 8 in a polyethylene bag or the like.

To use the embedded pipe according to this embodiment, when placing concrete, instead of embedding the wooden frame 21 in the past, the embedded pipe of this embodiment is directly inserted into a predetermined position in the formwork for concrete pouring. All you have to do is bury it and pour concrete. There is no need for work such as wrapping in glass wool or rock wool after concrete is poured as in the past.
