Description

The present invention relates to a sound insulation and water stop system in which a tubular member serving as an air duct is installed by penetrating an exterior wall or the like of a building housing a store, office, or the like, and a sound absorbing device that absorbs sound transmitted along with the air passing through the tubular member is installed in the tubular member, and a construction method thereof.
Because of the construction costs associated with installing equipment and machinery that emits noise and vibrations in a machine room inside a building, there has been an increasing trend recently, especially in regards to installing equipment and machinery that emits noise and vibrations such as outdoor air conditioners, air conditioners, and exhaust fans in an open-air machine room that has an exterior stage on the building and is therefore an open space with no roof.
The present invention relates to a sound and water insulation system and a construction method for the sound and water insulation system, which is a tubular member that is an air duct extending from equipment machinery such as an air conditioner, and is fixed to a penetration portion provided in the exterior wall of the building and installed inside the building, thereby reducing the propagation of noise generated from the outdoor machinery room that is carried along in the air and through the plate of the tubular member, and preventing water from entering the building through the penetration portion.

As shown in Figure 4, a conventional soundproofing and water-stopping system is installed in a machine room S, which is made up of the outer wall 1 of the machine room S and the outer wall 2 of the building, with air conditioning equipment 3 such as an outdoor air conditioner, air conditioner, and exhaust fan installed in the machine room S. The air conditioning equipment 3 is connected to a chamber 4 that changes the direction of a duct 5 leading into the building and connects it to the chamber 4. The dynamic pressure is converted to static pressure by the chamber 4, and the direction of the ventilated air that has been further changed and converted into dynamic pressure is connected to a silencer 8 installed inside the building 9 when it is supplied or exhausted through a ventilation duct (which functions as an outdoor air duct, air supply duct, exhaust duct, etc.) 6 that is arranged to pass through a penetration 7 installed in the outer wall 2 of the building.

In this manner, the noise generated from the air conditioning equipment 3 in the machine room S and propagated along with the air flow is reduced by the silencer 8 disposed inside the building.
In addition, in order to prevent vibration and noise propagation through the duct of the ventilation duct 6 connected to the chamber 4 up to the silencer 8, or to prevent vibration from being transmitted from the ventilation duct 6 to the exterior wall 2, a lead sheet 10 is wrapped around the joint between the ventilation duct 6 from the chamber 4 and the exterior wall 2, and the joint between the ventilation duct 6 up to the silencer 8 and the exterior wall 2.

In addition, in order to reduce and prevent noise from the duct 6 from the through-hole 7 to the silencer 8, a thermal insulation material 11 (e.g., glass wool, foamed urethane, rock wool, etc.) that serves both to insulate and prevent noise is arranged in the ventilation sleeve (air supply duct) 6.
Furthermore, in order to prevent water from entering through the penetration portion 7 due to rain or snow, the outer periphery of the ventilation sleeve (air supply duct) 6 arranged at the penetration portion 7 is sealed with a waterproof tape 12 or the like.

For example, Patent Document 1 shows the general state of the art related to the aforementioned through ducts.

Utility Model No. 3053170

In the above conventional technology, sound insulation for the penetration 7 is first performed by placing insulation material 11, which combines insulation and noise prevention, in the ventilation duct 6 from the penetration 7 to the silencer 8 to reduce and prevent noise in the ventilation duct 6, then wrapping lead sheets 10 around the joint between the wall surface 2 of the penetration 7 and the ventilation duct 6 to prevent indoor noise from being absorbed from the machine room into the duct up to the silencer inside the room, and finally sealing the ventilation sleeve (air supply duct) 6 with a waterproof seal 12 to prevent water from leaking from the penetration 7. Each step is independent, so there are many steps and it is time-consuming.

In addition, because the processing for preventing sound insulation, preventing water leakage, and preventing vibration are all separate processes, the number of important quality control items increases, creating problems in maintaining and managing quality.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a sound and water insulation system and a construction method for the system that can solve the above problems, reduce the number of on-site processes, and achieve highly accurate sound insulation and water stopping.

According to the sound and water insulation system and the construction method of the sound and water insulation system of the present invention, sound insulation, water stopping, and vibration isolation are integrated into one structure, which reduces the number of processes and the number of quality control items on site.
In addition, since the waterproof sheet has moderate elasticity, it is possible to ensure vibration-damping effects and reduce the amount of work required inside the narrow space of the machinery room, creating a safe construction system.
Since the sound-absorbing and sound-proofing measures up to the sound deadener are installed before the wall boards are erected, the base for the interior boards can be laid during construction work afterwards, which reduces the need for coordination with facility construction work and reduces construction costs.

The sound and water insulating system of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of a sound and water insulating system of the present invention.
The soundproof and water-stopping system shown in the same figure is configured such that a soundproof and water-stopping sleeve 21 is installed through a penetration portion 7 provided in an exterior wall 2, a leading silencer 22 is connected to the soundproof and water-stopping sleeve 21, and a post-installed silencer 23 is connected to the leading silencer 22.
A vibration-proof and sound-proofing material (e.g., rock wool board) 30a is attached to the inside of the sleeve outer plate of the sound-proof and water-stop sleeve 21 for vibration and sound insulation, and a connecting flange 21c is provided at the tip for connecting a ventilation duct 6 connected to a chamber 4 installed on the machine room side by separate facility construction. For example, rock wool board with a density of 160 kg/ m2 is used as the vibration-proof and sound-proofing material 30a, which is preferable in terms of performance.

A vibration-proofing and sound-insulating material 30b is attached to the inside of the outer plate of the preceding silencer 22, and a vibration-proofing material (e.g., compressed glass board) 22b is attached to the outer surface at least up to the depth where the inner wall board may come into contact. For the vibration-proofing material 22b, it is desirable to use a compressed glass wool board having a thickness of, for example, 25 mm. The compressed glass wool board used for the vibration-proofing material 22b is a high-density glass wool board compressed to 64 kg/ m3 , 80 kg/ m2 , or 96 kg/ m3 , whereas the apparent density of ordinary glass wool is about 24 kg/m3.
The preceding silencer 22 is, for example, a splitter type silencer, and the vibration-proofing and sound-proofing material 30b is made of thick rock wool or glass wool that is pressed against a punched plate, and even though it is thin at the silencer inlet, it silences the sound by gradually increasing in thickness and shape.
A connecting flange 22c for connecting a post-installed silencer 23 is attached to the rear end of the preceding silencer 22.
The front end of the preceding silencer 22 has an opening which is connected to the sound and water insulating sleeve 21, and it is desirable that the opening at the rear end of the preceding silencer 22 be fixed in advance at the factory by means of inner flanges or the like.
In addition, a hanging piece 25a is installed on the leading silencer 22 to which a hanging bracket 25 consisting of a fully threaded rod is attached, which is screwed into and fixed to an insert installed in the ceiling 29 of the main body in order to support the leading silencer 22.

An anti-vibration and sound-proofing material 30c is also attached to the inside of the outer plate of the post-installed silencer 23, and a connecting flange 23c is provided at the tip for connecting to the connecting flange 22c of the preceding silencer 22. The post-installed silencer 23 is also, for example, a splitter-type silencer, and the anti-vibration and sound-proofing material 30c is a thick rock wool or glass wool that is used as a punching plate holder, and even though it is thin at the silencer inlet, it muffles sound with its gradually increasing thickness and shape. Although not shown, a connection port is provided as a connecting flange at the rear end of the post-installed silencer 23 to connect to an interior ventilation duct in the building, where low sound propagation is required.

In the embodiment of the sound and water insulation system according to the present invention, the sound and water insulation sleeve 21, the preceding silencer 22 and the post-installed silencer 23 are significantly characterized in that they are connected and constructed as an integrated unit.
In this embodiment, the sound-insulating and water-stopping sleeve 21, the advance silencer 22, and the post-installation silencer 23 are configured in a square tubular shape, but there is no particular limitation to this as long as the shape can perform its function, such as a rectangular or other polygonal tubular shape, or an approximately cylindrical shape.

Next, a method for constructing the sound and water insulating system of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 2 is a construction process diagram showing the construction state of the sound and water insulation system of the present invention, as viewed from the office side, and FIG. 3 is a construction process diagram showing the construction state of the sound and water insulation system of the present invention, as viewed from the machine room side.

2(A)〕。 As shown in Figures 1 and 2, first, with the soundproof and water-proof sleeve 21 and the advance silencer 22 connected, the soundproof and water-proof sleeve 21 is inserted into the penetration 7 provided in the exterior wall 2 and fixed to the wall surface 2b of the exterior wall 2 with an angle 24. [Figure 2 (A)].

Then, a hanging bracket 25 is attached to the hanging piece 25a installed on the preceding silencer 22, and the attached hanging bracket 25 is screwed into an insert (not shown) in the upper structural ceiling 29 and fixed thereto (Figure 2(A)).
In this state, a waterproof seal 26 is placed in the gap between the outer periphery of the outer plate of the sound and water insulating sleeve 21 and the penetration portion 7 provided in the outer wall 2 from the outer wall side machine room side.
Specifically, a rubber-like backup material is packed into the gap, a sealing material is installed, and then a seal is cast on three surfaces: the backup material, the inner circumference of the penetration part 7, and the outer circumference of the sound and water insulating sleeve 21, completing the waterproof seal 26. Both this backup material and the sealing material are highly flexible, and have sufficient vibration-proofing performance in addition to waterproofing.
As a result, the facility construction work has already been completed, including waterproofing of the opening, as well as soundproofing and vibration-proofing treatment at the penetration part 7.
After that, the construction work team will install lightweight studs 27 on the inside of the building as the base for the interior wall boards. (Fig. 2(B)) When the lightweight studs 27 are erected, the leading silencer 22 already protrudes like a solid pipe sleeve, so by framing it with the lightweight studs, it is easy to see through as the wall board base.
Thereafter, a wall board (for example, two sheets of gypsum board with a painted surface finish) 28 is attached to the lightweight studs 27 that have been erected as a base (FIG. 2(C)).
At the joint between the wall board and the preceding silencer 22, compressed glass wool is wrapped around the outer periphery of the preceding silencer 22 as vibration-proofing material 22b, preventing vibrations and noise from the preceding silencer 22 forming the duct part of the wall board penetration part from being transmitted to the wall board.

Then, the flange 22c of the leading silencer 22 and the flange 23c of the following silencer 23 are joined to retrofit the following silencer 23 to the leading silencer 22.

FIG. 3(A) is a view from the machine room showing the state in which the sound-insulating and water-stopping sleeve 21 and the advance silencer 22 are combined and inserted into the penetration 7 provided in the exterior wall 2.
FIG. 2B shows the state after the insertion is completed and the waterproof seal 26 is cast, after which the wall surface 2a of the exterior wall 2 is painted.

As explained above, the present invention can reduce the number of construction steps for a sound and water insulation system on-site, and can be widely used in buildings housing stores, offices, etc., where ducts through which sound and vibrations propagate must be passed through the exterior wall and interior wall boards installed inside to prevent sound and vibrations from propagating inside.
