Problems to be solved by the invention In such a method, when transferring the cup-shaped container to the receiving plate, the feeding motion to the conveying means cannot be used, cylinders in two directions are required, and the structure is complicated. In addition, the timing adjustment mechanism is complicated, and cup transfer is not smooth, resulting in frequent accidents such as misalignment and falling. When such an accident occurs, the automatic filling line will be stopped and
Since the alignment of the cup-shaped containers must be corrected, the productivity and operational stability of the automatic filling line are significantly reduced. In addition, the conventional cup dispensing device described above was not equipped with a guide mechanism that could adjust the width to accommodate changes in the outer diameter of the cup-shaped container, so the switching of the cup-shaped containers was carried out. In some cases, the inconvenience of having to replace the cup delivery device itself has also been recognized. The complication of the mechanism of such a cup feeding device not only increases the manufacturing cost of the device, but also significantly reduces the efficiency of maintenance work. Therefore, there has been a strong demand in various industrial fields including the food processing industry for the creation of a new cup dispensing device that can eliminate these inconveniences.

The cup-shaped container 1 fitted into the cup insertion hole 7 of the first endless conveyance means C 1 moves toward the cup delivery position 5 with its bottom end supported by the cup support member 3. However, the cup support member 3 is normally attached to the chain link 4 by the torsion coil spring 8 so as to form a predetermined inclination angle θ with respect to the straight line connecting the pin axes 4' and 4'' of the chain link 4. Therefore, the cup-shaped container 1 pushed up from the support surface 2 of the first endless conveyance means C1 receives the cup while maintaining the upright placement posture caused by the formation of the inclination angle θ. It moves towards the plate 9. When the cup-shaped container reaches the front end of the cup-receiving plate 9, the cup support member 3 abuts the support blanket 16, compressing the torsion coil spring 8 and substantially changing the angle of inclination θ. The upper surface of the cup support member 3 is flush with the upper surface of the cup receiving plate 9, but the cut groove 9 Since the fork-shaped engagement portion 9'' at the tip of the cup receiving plate 9 is located within the inner part 9', the cup-shaped container 1 is inserted into the pocket 6 of the rotary disks 10, 10' while maintaining an upright and stable transfer posture. It is sent in, moves along the discharge path 11, and is discharged out of the system.

In addition, since the ends of the first and second endless conveyance means are arranged on the same axis, the driving source can be used for a common purpose, the configuration can be simplified, and the speed is the same from the end of the first endless conveyance means. Since the cup-shaped container is transferred to the cup receiving plate at the same time, there is no overturning of the cup-shaped container due to a timing difference or a speed difference between the first endless conveyance means and the second endless conveyance means, and the transfer can be carried out quietly and at high speed. It is possible. Moreover, since a star-shaped rotating disk is provided on the cup receiving plate, the cup-shaped container is immediately moved forward. In this case, since the star-shaped rotating disk is rotated around the vertical axis, it can push the cup-shaped container near the center of gravity, and even at high speeds, the cup-shaped container can be prevented from falling over.
