の側面が強く押圧されても、不完全山形部に割れ
や欠けが発生しにくく、太径のねじ棒をも安心し
て切断できる利点がある。

いてはめねじ1のピツチをねじ棒50のピツチと
同一に保つたままで、位相のみをずらせる方法に
よつて不完全山形部3を第1図にCとして示した
分がけ厚肉化している。厚肉化できる寸法はめね
じ1の谷底の幅寸法によつて制限されることとな
るが、ねじ棒50のおねじ51のピツチの10〜15
%程度に設定することが望ましい。厚肉化し過ぎ
るとねじ棒50の切断位置がねじ山斜面で行われ
るようになり、切断時に「カエリ」が生じ易くな
つて切断後にねじ山の修正作業が必要となる。同
様に、切断刃のめねじ1の谷底の幅を広くし過ぎ
るとねじ棒50のおねじ51の山が潰れ易くな
り、ねじの有効径が太いねじのようになつてナツ
ト等への螺合が困難となる。なお厚肉化する不完
全山形部3は剪断面となる片側だけでもよいが、
両側を厚肉化しておけば反対側も使用することが
できるので便利である。

形側となる切断刃Bの厚みを該切断刃Aの厚みの
薄くなつた分だけ増加させればより十分に強度向
上を図ることができる。

部に割れや欠けが生じにくく、太径のねじ棒をも
容易に切断できるものである。また第2の実施例
の切断刃は、先に提案した実開昭61−92516号の
切断刃と互換性のあるものとなる。よつて本考案
は従来の問題点を解消したものとしてその実用的
価値は極めて大である。
