る。 １……フレーム、２……本体基部、３……ネジ
棒、４……固定子、５……ハンドル、１０……射
出ユニツト、１１……加熱シリンダ、１５……射
出用モータ、１８……混練・計量用モータ、２１
……上型、２３……下型。

出装置のノズルタツチ部の一部切欠き拡大図であ

Claims (1)
- 成形材料を加熱シリンダ内にて混練・計量する
スクリユーと、前記スクリユーを回転駆動する手
段と、前記スクリユーを射出駆動する手段とを有
した射出ユニツトをフレームに支持すると共に、
該フレームを金型を保持した装置本体基部に対し
ネジ駆動により相対移動可能に装着して前記加熱
シリンダのノズルと前記金型とをノズルタツチす
るようにしたことを特徴とする電動式射出装置の
ノズルタツチ機構。
