Embossed marks are obtained by embossing each product of paper and manufactured paper using a pressing device, and embossed marks are obtained by molding a mark specified by the customer using metal or thermosetting resin.
A considerable fixed cost is required to use a dandy roll or the like to which this is pasted. Furthermore, production efficiency is low, and it is difficult to obtain delicate marks such as a large number of scattered marks, so there are many technical problems in ensuring that marks are always present on the surface of each cut paper product. In addition, embossed marks,
All of the stamp marks were limited to type marks, and additional printing was required to make them colorful.

In the present invention, a fiber sheet that is easily dissolved or dispersed in water, such as water-soluble paper, is used as a base material, an oil-based ink, for example, is used to form a predetermined image, and the print-through phenomenon is utilized as a printing means...
Specifically, the ink is allowed to permeate to the opposite side of the printed surface to form an image with symmetrical shapes. Since this portion is insoluble in water, the desired mark can be obtained simply by dissolving the unnecessary portion in water.

(Fiber Sheet) The fiber sheet 4 that is easily dissolved or dispersed in water used in the present invention will be explained below by dividing into a water-soluble fiber sheet and a dispersible fiber sheet. Water-soluble fiber sheets are paper or non-woven fabrics made of fibrous CMC, water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers, etc., and dissolve in water at room temperature or hot water. In some cases, paper or nonwoven fabric made of fibers soluble in dilute alkali may also be used. In general, water-soluble fiber sheets are required to dissolve quickly in liquids, so they have high water permeability and allow ink to penetrate quickly. This invention utilizes the ink bleed-through phenomenon to form the image 2c on the back side, and when the image 2a is printed on the front side, some of the ink seeps into the paper and reaches the back side to form the image 2c. Therefore, the water-soluble fiber sheet must have a certain level of ink permeability. In this invention, this ink penetration ability is expressed as air permeability (air micrometer type tester, J.TAPP1 paper pulp test method No. 5m-74) for convenience, and 30 seconds/100ml or less is required, and 10 seconds/100ml or less is required. Particularly preferred. A specific example of a water-soluble fiber sheet is water-soluble paper (for example,
No. 48-27605) Deizorbo (trademark, manufactured by Mishima Paper Industries)
can be mentioned. This one is fibrous CMC
(degree of etherification 0.43, manufactured by Nichirin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.),
This paper is made of dissolving pulp (pulp for synthetic fibers), and its two 30g/m products (fibrous CMC80, dissolving pulp 20 parts by weight each) have an air permeability of 5 seconds/100ml or less, and are difficult to dissolve and disperse in water. It was easy to use and could be used for the purpose of this invention. The basis weight of the water-soluble fiber sheet is not limited as long as it satisfies the above air permeability and can be easily dissolved and dispersed, but a range of 20 to 60 g/m 2 is usually used.

The dispersible fiber sheet may be paper or nonwoven fabric made from unbeaten pulp or pulp beaten to a liberated state without using a sizing agent or other binder. The requirements for air permeability are the same as those for the water-soluble fiber sheet. Such a dispersible fiber sheet is produced using a round steel paper machine, for example, with a basis weight of 10 to 30 g/m 2
It can be manufactured in This material is easily dispersed in water by gentle stirring. Note that it is optional to use small amounts of the sizing agent, binder, etc. as long as dispersion is practically easy.

(Printing of Images) In the present invention, the means for forming the images 2a and 2c must be able to supply a large amount of ink. For this purpose, the image can be printed by gravure printing, intaglio printing, etc., but screen printing, which allows ink to be press-fitted with a squeegee (blade), is particularly suitable. The inks used are solvent evaporation type ink, two-component reaction type ink,
Any material that forms a water-insoluble mask film after image formation, such as paste resin, UV-curable ink, or foamable synthetic resin paint, can be used. These are made by mixing pigments, stabilizers, plasticizers, foaming agents, solvents, etc. with the synthetic resin that forms the mask film, and the concentration, viscosity, etc. are adjusted for screen printing. For example, in the case of a solvent evaporation type ink, a lacquer solution containing a synthetic resin (vinyl chloride resin, urethane resin, vinyl acetate resin, etc.) having a concentration of 20 to 45% by weight can be used as in general screen printing. At this time, the mesh of the screen printing machine is also formed in accordance with the desired mark, similar to general screen printing.

The thickness of the above-mentioned mask film can be easily obtained by ordinary screen printing, and when an impermeable sheet such as a plastic film is used, a thickness of about 100 μm can be easily obtained. In the present invention, a mask film is formed by the same method, but it is necessary for the Lutzker solution to permeate through the fiber sheet and reach the back surface, so that left and right contrasting images of the same shape are formed on the back surface. Figure, 5th
For example, when using a water-soluble paper with a basis weight of 30 g/m 2 (approximately 50 μm thick), conceptually, about half of the Lutzker solution forms a mask film surface image approximately 50 μm thick, and the remainder forms on the paper. It permeates into the inside of the fiber sheet, making only the permeable portion of the fiber sheet water-resistant (making it insoluble or non-dispersible) and reaching the back surface to reveal the image on the back surface.

In addition, similar to normal screen printing, two layers of Lutzker solution are printed over the entire image or partially to form a thick layer, giving the image a three-dimensional effect, and a colorless overlay is applied to the upper layer of the image. It is free to provide a coating layer to impart gloss. After printing, resin curing treatment is performed depending on the type of ink, such as room temperature drying, heat drying, UV irradiation, and foaming treatment. When the fiber sheet with the mark printed on it is placed in water, it disintegrates as shown in 5 in Figure 5, and the water-soluble fibers dissolve and the dispersible fibers disperse in a strand-like manner, so that the mark part becomes a film. A liquid is obtained which is dispersed as small pieces. The means for forming images by screen printing has been explained in detail above.
When using other means, such as the gravure method, paper manufacturers and processed paper manufacturers refer to compositions that are substantially the same as the ink as oil-based paints, water-based paints, coating liquids, etc., based on the same technical idea as above. Images can be formed. In this case, for example, it is not possible to apply a urea-formalin resin solution or the like to the image forming position of the fiber sheet in advance to make it waterproof, or to use colored paper for the fiber sheet and clear paint to form the image. Any of these is optional and can achieve the purpose of the present invention.

(Method for manufacturing paper with added marks) The above-mentioned mark dispersion liquid is added to a stock for paper with added marks, mixed uniformly, and sent to a paper machine. There is no limit to the paper making method, and known methods such as round steel, short steel, and long steel may be used, and it does not matter whether it is single-layer papermaking or multi-layer papermaking. In the case of multilayer papermaking, it is advantageous to use the marked mixed stock only in the top layer. The mark becomes integrated with the paper web as it passes through a pressurization process such as a compression dewatering process, a breaker stack, and a calendar, but the mark is further strengthened by applying a surface size using a size press etc. is desirable. Microscopically, swollen water-soluble fibers or dispersible fibers remain on the four sides of the mark.
This interacts with the constituent fibers of the paper layer 3. As shown in FIG. 2, the marks are inserted into the paper layer and are scattered almost evenly over the entire surface of the paper. The scattered marks have no directionality, and the same mark is shown no matter which side of the paper appears, front or back. Note that some of the marks added will be dispersed inside the paper layer due to paper-making technology, but
Depending on the composition of solid content such as ink, if the specific gravity of the mark is smaller than the constituent fibers of the paper layer 3, it will float, and if it is larger, it will sink more easily. Even if the paper is made in multiple layers, it will be unevenly distributed on one side of the obtained sheet, so it can be concentrated on one side as shown in FIG.
