It is widely used as a means of sales promotion in specific stores, specialty store associations, store associations, etc., and every time a product is purchased, the product buyer receives a fixed percentage of stamps in proportion to the price, and When collected, the distribution destination has a function as a security that can be exchanged for gold vouchers or commodities. Since such stamps can be exchanged for gold products, counterfeit stamps can be circulated and cause serious damage, and various measures have been taken to prevent this.

In addition, as a countermeasure to prevent forgery in paper for stamp printing, silk fibers, one color, or fibers dyed in two or more feet were dispersed in raw pulp, or characters or patterns were formed on the roll surface during paper making. A method of attaching a so-called watermark, which is formed using a dandy roll of a fourdrinier paper machine, a netting of a round paper machine, etc., and pressing a wet paper web using a roll having a character or pattern engraved on the surface by a press part or the like. A method of forming an embossed pattern on a paper surface by passing paper between a mark roll and an elastic roll and forming an embossed pattern is known.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In recent years, due to the progress of the subject technology, stamp printing is easily duplicated by ordinary printing, and there is a problem that high-grade printing and complicated printing increase the printing cost. . or,
The method of attaching a watermark or embossed pattern to paper is very difficult because it is extremely difficult to arrange and attach watermarked characters, patterns, etc. with a special color to each stamp because each stamp is about 2 cm square. When paper with fibers is forged,

(Means for solving the problem) As a result of various studies to solve such problems, the present invention is applicable to watermarks and patterns using transparent ink for expressing watermarks, which are also applicable to stamps smaller than 2 cm square. Furthermore, stamp paper that can be easily distinguished from authenticity can be obtained by combining it with the embossed pattern in the papermaking process that has been used for anti-counterfeit paper and combining it with paper that has been blended with fibers dyed in the specified color. In addition to this, the transparent ink for expressing a watermark is mixed with a fluorescent reactant (hereinafter, referred to as a fluorescent reactant) that emits fluorescence when irradiated with ultraviolet light having a peak at a wavelength of 300 to 400 nm in a dark place. Using ink to form watermark characters and patterns,
Also, by using a paper made by mixing a fiber treated with a fluorescent reactive substance or a dye of a dyed fiber with a fluorescent reactive substance and dyed fiber, a relatively easily available ultraviolet irradiator (also referred to as an ultraviolet discriminator) ) Using the wavelength 300-400
By irradiating the stamp with ultraviolet light having a peak in nm to make the watermark characters and patterns fluorescent and make it possible to distinguish them, it is possible to provide a forgery prevention paper which is more difficult to forge and can be easily distinguished. .

That is, using a dyed fiber blended paper in which the fiber dyed in the color specified at the time of papermaking is mixed in the raw material as a paper, an embossed mark paper with a linear mark by an embossed mark, or a transparent ink for expressing a watermark. When printing and using the watermarked paper or the like in which the ink penetrates and retains the ink in the paper to express a watermark character or a pattern, a linear emboss mark is formed particularly on the dyed fiber-containing paper, and the ink is formed by the embossing. Paper with watermarks and patterns between the lines with the transparentizing ink for watermarking is harder to forge and easier to discriminate as compared to anti-counterfeiting paper that has been individually processed. It can be used satisfactorily, but for large lots of stamps that are used in large quantities over a large area, the fluorescent reactant is added to the transparent ink for expressing the watermark. By blending it with a dye that dyes or dyes the fiber, it is possible to easily determine whether the watermark character, pattern, or the dyed fiber emits fluorescence when irradiated with ultraviolet light by an ultraviolet light irradiator, It is possible to provide anti-counterfeiting paper which is more difficult to forge.

Fluorescent reactants that emit fluorescence when irradiated with ultraviolet light include fluorescent pigments that are obtained by dissolving a fluorescent dye in a synthetic resin and solidifying it into fine particles, sulfides such as zinc, calcium, and cadmium, and silicates. With copper, manganese, silver, etc. as an activator, a phosphor pigment that develops colors from blue to red, and a fluorescent whitening dye used in general fibers, paper, plastics, etc. Water-soluble,
There are many such as solvent-soluble, synthetic resin addition,
Any of them can be used, and many of the above-mentioned fluorescent reactants as paints and inks are commercially available, and any of them can be used in the present invention.

In general, solvent-based inks have good permeability to paper, and as a result, the resin that has penetrated into the paper with the solvent penetrates into the gaps between fibers and fills the inside of the fibers. It has a great effect of improving the watermark pattern to make the watermark pattern clear, and is preferably used, but in order to obtain good watermark printing, use a low-molecular-weight resin having good pattern expression and good permeability. Measures must be taken to prevent the resin from penetrating due to the capillary action of the fibers and causing bleeding, and to fix the fibers in the fiber gaps and inside the micelles. to that 100 g / m 2 but less often foreign paper, typically a watermark expression transparentizing ink solvent system has good permeability into the paper, ink lacked sharpness is image printed and diffused in the planar direction blurred Because there is a possibility of becoming It is intended that is resolved understood to coat the oil resin polyvinyl alcohol or the like in internally added either surface 10-20 percent filler in the pulp is effective as measures.

(Function) In the anti-counterfeiting paper for stamps according to the present invention, the watermark characters and patterns do not appear when the paper is viewed with reflected light, but appear when viewed through light, and have a wavelength of 300 to 400 nm. Irradiates paper with ultraviolet light having a peak in a dark place to emit fluorescence. Fibers treated with a dye of the specified color as a fluorescent reactant appear as fibers of the specified color under natural light and have a wavelength of 300
It has the effect of appearing as fibers that emit fluorescence when the paper is irradiated with ultraviolet light having a peak at ~ 400 nm in the dark.

(Effects of the Invention) The anti-counterfeiting paper for stamps according to the present invention is configured as described above. The watermark character, the pattern, and the fiber colored in the designated color are used to determine the presence or absence of forgery under ordinary light. Further, when ultraviolet light having a peak at a wavelength of 300 to 400 nm is irradiated in a dark place, the fluorescent light appears and the presence or absence of forgery is determined, so that it is possible to provide a stamp forgery prevention paper which is difficult to forge.
