In order to facilitate cleaning when not in use, it is generally divided into three folding division blocks 11, and the division blocks 11 are made of an elastic synthetic resin foam material that has resilience against compression. The upper layer 12 has a large number of protrusions formed on its upper surface to provide an acupressure effect, and the upper layer 12 is made of a hard synthetic resin foam material that has a certain degree of hardness against loads, and has wavy irregularities formed on its upper surface and its lower surface. has a concave portion 1 at a location corresponding to the wavy convex portion 13a on the top surface.
A chiropractic treatment that corrects the distortion of the spine caused by unreasonable posture during the day by forming the 3b and maintaining the correct sleeping posture without causing heavy parts such as the buttocks and back to sink excessively. The middle layer 13 has a specific gravity that is higher than that of the elastic synthetic resin foam material forming the upper layer 12, and has the effect of absorbing external vibrations that disturb sleep. Three layers of the lower layer 14 were superimposed and integrated, and the outer surface of the lower layer 14 was further covered with an exterior cover 15 made of cloth or the like.

However, although the upper layer 12 that receives the load first at this time has a restoring force, it has little resistance to compressive force, so most of the load is received by the wavy convex portions 13a on the upper surface of the middle layer 13. At this time, the stress due to the load applied to the convex portion 13a is distributed toward both sides of the convex portion 13a as shown by the arrow 16a, and acts to spread the concave portion 13b on the lower surface of the middle layer to both sides, so that the lower layer surface in contact with the lower surface of the middle layer is subjected to considerable stretching forces in both directions. When a three-layer futon is used for a long period of time, the durability of the lower layer 14 deteriorates, and the convex portion 13a of the middle layer 13 sinks down more than necessary due to the widening of the hem, as shown by the broken line 17. There was a problem.

To provide a futon with a three-layer structure that ensures good sleeping comfort without deterioration and has excellent durability with little deterioration in the life of the lower layer 14.

On the other hand, it is made of a hard synthetic resin foam material having a certain degree of hardness, and has wavy irregularities formed on its upper surface, and recesses formed on its lower surface at locations corresponding to the wavy projections on the upper surface. The lower layer is made of an elastic synthetic resin foam material that has a restoring force and has a specific gravity greater than that of the elastic synthetic resin foam material that forms the upper layer. In a futon with a three-layer structure in which the upper surface of the lower layer is overlapped with the lower surface of the middle layer and the three layers are integrated as a whole, the middle layer and the lower layer are integrated along the This problem is solved by a futon with a three-layer structure in which the middle layer and the lower layer are integrally bonded and fixed via a reinforcing net with a small degree of elongation, and the reinforcing net is made of metal,
The most effective material is glass fiber, carbon fiber, or a synthetic resin material with flexibility and low elongation.

In the figure, a futon 1 with a three-layer structure consists of an upper layer 2 made of an elastic synthetic resin foam material that has resilience against compression and a large number of protrusions formed on its upper surface, and an upper layer 2 that has a certain degree of hardness against loads. The material is made of a hard synthetic resin foam material having a wavy shape, and the upper surface thereof is formed with wavy irregularities, and the lower surface thereof is provided with recesses 3b at locations corresponding to the wavy projections 3a on the upper surface.
, a lower layer 4 formed with a higher specific gravity than the elastic synthetic resin foam material forming the upper layer 2, and a metal, glass fiber, carbon fiber, or synthetic resin with flexibility and low elongation. The reinforcing net 5 is made of a material. Then, the upper layer 2 and the middle layer 3 are integrated with the lower surface of the upper layer 2 along the unevenness of the upper surface of the middle layer 3, and the middle layer 3 and the lower layer 4 are integrally adhesively fixed with a reinforcing net 5 between them. A single divided block 7 (for folding) is formed by covering with an exterior cover 6 made of cloth or the like, and a plurality of blocks 7 (for example, three) are connected in series in the surface direction to form a three-layer structure. The futon structure is completed.

The load indicated by the arrow 8 applied downward to the upper convex portion 3a is distributed to both sides of the convex portion 3a, and the load indicated by the arrow 8a that is applied downward to the upper convex portion 3a tends to push the lower concave portion 3b of the middle layer 3 outward.
However, since the reinforcing net 5 made of materials such as metal, glass fiber, carbon fiber, or synthetic resin with a low degree of elongation resists the stress shown by the arrow 8a, the stress generated in the lower layer 4 as shown by the arrow 8b is vertical. There is only a component in the direction, and the only actual displacement of the three layers, the upper layer 2, the middle layer 3, and the lower layer 4 due to the load, is due to compression in the vertical direction.

て発揮することができるものである。(g) Effects of the invention As described above, according to the three-layer futon according to the invention, wavy unevenness is formed on the upper surface, and recesses are formed on the lower surface at locations corresponding to the wavy protrusions on the upper surface. the lower surface of the middle layer made of a hard synthetic resin foam material that has a certain degree of hardness against the surface of the material, and the upper surface of the lower layer made of a synthetic resin foam material that has an elastic restoring force with a specific gravity greater than the specific gravity of the synthetic resin foam material forming the upper layer. By integrally gluing and fixing them through a reinforcing net with a low degree of elongation, the stretch resistance in the plane direction of the lower surface of the middle layer and the upper surface of the upper layer is reinforced, preventing unnatural sinking when subjected to load. This prevents the sleeping position from collapsing, which tends to occur in the past, and maintains the correct sleeping position, resulting in a chiropractic effect, relieving back pain, etc.
The therapeutic effect and the effect of recovering from fatigue through early sleep and deep sleep can be exerted over a long period of time without causing the cushion body to lose its shape.
