In order to perform the work of planting seedlings using a rice transplanter quickly and efficiently, it is important to replenish the seedling stand with the seedlings so that the seedlings do not break during the work. For this reason, conventionally, when planting seedlings using a rice transplanter, the operator would constantly check the number of seedlings on the seedling stand, and when the number of seedlings decreased to a certain level, the number of seedlings would be removed. However, having to check the amount of seedlings during the planting process is not only complicated, but also leads to people not noticing that there are no seedlings on the seedling stand, and planting them in the air. There are also some inconveniences such as having to do some work.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention provides a pair of seedling guide bodies made of a conductor that are located in the upper space of the seedling stand and prevent the planted seedlings from shifting laterally, at a predetermined interval. By installing an indicator that detects electrical conduction or non-continuity between the pair of seedling guide bodies and operates when the electrical continuity occurs, when the number of planted seedlings on the seedling stand has decreased to a certain level, the It is possible to detect when a state of electrical conductivity changes from a state of electrical conductivity through a seedling to a state of non-conductivity, and to display that state. To provide a seedling detection device for a rice transplanter that can easily and accurately grasp the state in which the number of seedlings has decreased to a certain level and can replenish the planted seedlings in a timely manner without delay.

In the rice transplanter configured as described above, when planting seedlings, the seedlings to be planted are placed on each seedling surface of the seedling platform 6, and the seedlings are placed between each pair of seedling guide bodies. 12a, 12a', 12b, 12b',..., each pair of seedling guide bodies 12
a, 12a', 12b, 12b', . . . , the leaves and stems of the planted seedlings are in close contact with each other, and a state of electrical conduction is established in which a minute current flows through the leaves and stems. Each pair of seedling guide bodies 12a, 12a', 12
When all of b, 12b',... become electrically conductive,
Input signals S1, S2 on each input side of the OR circuit 15,
Since both S3 and S4 are at a low level, no output signal is sent to the output side of the OR circuit 15, the transistor 17 remains non-conductive, and the indicator lamp 13 does not light up. Now, to explain this operation with respect to the circuit of the pair of seedling guide bodies 12a, 12a', when electrical conduction occurs between the pair of seedling guide bodies 12a, 12a' through the seedling stem of the planted seedling, the photocoupler 16 emits light. Since the diode emits light and its transistor is conductive, one input signal S1 on the input side of the OR circuit 15 is at a low level. In addition, other pairs of seedling guide bodies 12b, 12b', which are not shown in the drawings, are also included.
12c, 12c', 12d, and 12d' are also electrically conductive through the planted seedlings, so OR
No output signal is sent to the output side of the circuit 15, and the indicator light 13 does not light up. When the indicator light 13 does not light up, it means that there are seedlings on each seedling surface of the seedling table 6 up to the tip of the seedling guide body.

By the way, as the seedling planting work progresses and the number of seedlings on each seedling surface on the seedling platform 6 decreases to a certain amount, the tips of each pair of seedling guide bodies 12a, 12a', 12b, 12b'... Since they are not in contact with the leaf and stem portions of the leaves, there is no conduction between them, and all the input sides of the OR circuit 15 are at a high level. OR circuit 1
When all the input sides of 5 become high level, an output signal is generated at the output side, and the indicator light 13 lights up. The lighting of this indicator light 13 means that the seedling stand 6
Since the situation requires replenishment of seedlings, indicator light 13 is turned on.
If the lighting of the seedling guide body 12a, 12a', 12 is confirmed, the seedlings are replenished onto the seedling stand 6.

Note that during the seedling planting work, the number of planted seedlings on the seedling platform 6 may not decrease evenly, but among the seedling guide bodies 12a, 12a', 12b, 12b'... If even one of the reduced values becomes non-conductive, one of the inputs of the OR circuit 15 becomes high level, so an output signal is generated on the output side of the OR circuit 15, the transistor 17 becomes conductive, and the indicator light 13 is turned on.

Therefore, in this case, if you replenish the seedling surface on the seedling platform 6 where the number of seedlings has decreased to a certain level,
The indicator light 13 turns off. And seedling guide body 12
a, 12a', 12b, 12b'...
2a, 12a', 12b', 12b'... are provided at predetermined intervals on the upper surface side of the seedling stand 6, so that electrical conduction will not occur inadvertently due to rainwater etc. Therefore, it is possible to accurately display the decline in seedlings even during rainy weather.

In short, the present invention is equipped with a seedling platform on which planted seedlings are placed, and a seedling planting device that sequentially divides one seedling from the seedling outlet of the seedling platform and plants it on the field. In a rice transplanter, a pair of seedling guide bodies made of a conductor are provided at a predetermined distance apart from each other at a predetermined distance to prevent the planted seedlings from shifting laterally, and are located in the upper space of the seedling platform. We installed an indicator that detects electrical continuity or non-continuity and operates when the electrical continuity occurs.
When the number of planted seedlings on the seedling stand decreases to a certain amount,
It is possible to detect that an electrically conductive state becomes a non-conductive state via the planted seedling, and to display this state. Moreover, since the seedling guide body is used to detect electrical conduction and non-continuity, the entire seedling detection device can be simplified, and the seedling guide body is placed at a predetermined interval on the top surface of the seedling table. Since the sensor is provided with the sensor, there will be no inadvertent electrical conduction caused by rainwater, etc., and therefore malfunctions can be reliably prevented even in rainy weather, and the reduction in seedlings can be accurately displayed. Therefore, during seedling planting work, the operator can easily and accurately grasp the state in which the number of planted seedlings on the seedling stand has decreased to a certain level, and can replenish the seedlings in a timely manner without delay. This has extremely useful practical effects.
