Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ａ 被試験ＩＣが電気的に接続されるＩＣソケ
    ツトと、このＩＣソケツトの各端子を試験装置本
    体に電気的に接続するパフオーマンスボードと、
    を具備したテストヘツドと、 被試験ＩＣを上記テストヘツドが具備したＩＣ
    ソケツトに搬送し、試験終了時に被試験ＩＣを上
    記ＩＣソケツトから排出し、次の被試験ＩＣを上
    記ＩＣソケツトに搬送する動作を行なうハンドラ
    と、 によつて構成されるＩＣ試験装置において、 Ｂ 上記パフオーマンスボード上にパフオーマ
    ンスボードの面と平行するＸ，Ｙ方向と、パフオ
    ーマンスボードの面と直行するＺ方向の三方向に
    自由度が与えられて支持された可動台と、 Ｃ この可動台に支持され上記ＩＣソケツトを
    実装したソケツトボードと、 Ｄ 上記可動台に設けられ、上記ハンドラに突
    設した位置決用ガイドピンと係合して上記ＩＣソ
    ケツトの位置をハンドラ側に対して位置決を行な
    う係合孔と、 Ｅ 上記ハンドラ側に設けられ、上記可動台に
    支持されたソケツトボードの位置を固定する固定
    ネジと、 を設けて成るＩＣ試験装置。
