DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a method for closing the end face of a synthetic resin pipe (hereinafter simply referred to as a perforated pipe) having a through hole in the pipe axial direction in the pipe peripheral wall.

(Prior Art) This type of perforated pipe has excellent rigidity and is therefore buried underground and used as a sewage pipe. By the way, this connection of perforated pipes is similar to the case of connecting conventional synthetic resin pipes, by expanding the diameter of one end of the perforated pipe and providing a socket, and connecting the other perforated pipe to this socket. Since the method of sequentially connecting by inserting end spigots is adopted, if there is a through hole in the pipe peripheral wall that communicates with the pipe in the axial direction, the fluid inside the pipe may leak through this hole, or Rainwater, groundwater, etc. sometimes flowed into the pipes.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the case of the above-mentioned closure method,
There is a problem in that it takes time and effort to insert the conical rubber protrusions one by one into the numerous through holes opened in the end surface of the tube. In particular, in order to improve watertightness, the outer diameter of the conical protrusion needs to be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the through hole, making it very difficult to insert the conical protrusion into the through hole. .

In addition, if the conical protrusion is simply inserted into the through hole, it will easily come out, and there is a risk that the conical protrusion will come off from the through hole if the cross-sectional shape of the tube is deformed or if it is subjected to vibrations, shocks, etc. It was hot.

The present invention solves the problems of such conventional closing methods, and allows the through hole to be easily closed in one step, and even when vibrations, shocks, etc. are applied to the perforated pipe after the through hole is closed. To provide a method for closing a through hole without fear of sealant separating from the through hole.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the closing method of the present invention, when closing a through hole opened in the end face of a perforated tube having a through hole in the tube axis direction in the tube peripheral wall, the inside of the end of the perforated tube is closed. A sealant in which an annular cavity is formed by inner and outer walls and a bottom wall that are in close contact with the outer surface, and a sloped surface whose inner diameter decreases toward the back of the cavity is provided at the inner part of the outer wall forming the cavity. Therefore, this filling jig is attached to the end of the perforated pipe, an uncured sealant is injected into the cavity of the jig, and the through-hole end of the pipe end is closed with this sealant. The sealant remaining in the cavity forms a protruding end that protrudes almost flush from the inner and outer surfaces of the tube end and has a tapered slanted surface on the outer periphery of the tip, and after the sealant hardens, the tube end The feature is that the sealant filling jig is removed from the section.

(Function) In the sealant filling jig, an annular cavity is formed by inner and outer walls and a bottom wall that are in close contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the end of the perforated pipe, and a cavity is formed deep inside the outer wall forming the cavity. Since it is provided with an inclined surface whose inner diameter decreases toward the back side, when this sealant filling jig is attached to the end of the perforated tube and uncured sealant is filled into the cavity, the sealant is filled. fills the end of the through hole and blocks it. Further, the sealing agent that remains in the deep part of the cavity and hardens forms a protruding end that is integrally joined to the end surface of the perforated pipe, and a tapered inclined surface is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the protruding end. The perforated pipe P has a large number of through holes 2 communicating in the pipe axial direction in the pipe peripheral wall 1 between the inner wall 1a and the outer wall 1b, and as shown in FIG. A spigot 3 is formed at one end, and an enlarged diameter socket 4 is formed at the other end. Therefore, by inserting the other end spigot 3 of another perforated pipe P into the socket 4 of this perforated pipe P, the perforated pipes can be successively connected.

On the other hand, in the sealant filling jig D, an annular cavity 5 is formed by inner and outer walls and a bottom wall that are in close contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the end of the perforated pipe P. A chamfered ring-shaped opening 6 is formed to facilitate insertion of the hole P. On the other hand, an inclined surface 8 whose inner diameter decreases toward the back of the cavity is provided at the deep part of the outer wall forming the cavity 5, and a sealing agent S is filled into the cavity 5 at the deep part of the cavity 5. An inlet 7 is provided for this purpose.

At this time, it is preferable to apply an appropriate mold release agent to the inner surface of the cavity 5 of the sealant filling jig D to improve the mold releasability between the wall surface of the cavity 5 and the sealant S. Therefore, a required amount of uncured sealant S is injected into the cavity 5 of the filling jig D from the injection port 7.

When the cavity 5 is filled with the sealant S, a part of the sealant S enters the through hole 2 opened at the end surface of the tube and closes the end of the through hole. Furthermore, since the sealant S remains in the inner part of the cavity 5, when the filling jig D is removed from the end of the pipe after the sealant S has hardened, the end of the perforated pipe P can be seen as shown in FIG. A protruding end portion T is formed which protrudes substantially flush with the inner and outer surfaces of the portion and whose outer periphery is a tapered inclined surface. This protruding end T protects the end of the perforated pipe P to prevent damage to the pipe, and as shown in FIG.
When inserting the other end spigot 3 of another perforated pipe P into
The inclined surface on the outer periphery of the tip acts as a guide and facilitates the connection of the tube.

Further, as another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, an annular groove 9 is formed in the end face of the perforated pipe P to communicate the open end of each through hole 2, and the pipe end is filled with a sealant. After the tool D is attached, the cavity 5 may be filled with an uncured sealant S. In this case, the sealant S filled in the cavity 5 seals the annular groove 9 and the annular groove 9.
Since the end portion of the through hole communicating with the through hole is filled, the through hole 2 is more reliably closed.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, the closing method of the present invention involves attaching a sealant filling jig to the end of the perforated pipe, and then using the filling jig to insert the sealant into the through hole opened at the end face of the perforated pipe. Since the inside is filled with an uncured sealant, the sealant easily enters the through hole, fills the through hole, and is integrally bonded to the wall surface of the through hole and hardens. Therefore, even if the cross-sectional shape of the tube is deformed or vibrations, shocks, etc. are applied to the tube, there is no fear that the sealant will separate from the through hole.

In addition, since the end of the perforated pipe is protected by the hardened sealant (protruding end) that remains in the deep part of the cavity of the sealant filling jig, vibrations and shocks may occur during pipe transportation or piping construction. The pipe end will not be damaged due to Furthermore, since a tapered inclined surface is formed on the outer periphery of the tip of the projecting end, there is an advantage in piping construction that the pipe can be connected extremely easily.
