In general, when horizontally roofing a roof using face plates made of long metal steel plates, etc., a major challenge is to improve the rain protection at the seams between the face plates and to prevent the face plates from lifting up due to wind pressure. It is becoming.

われている。 Conventionally, in the case of a normal roof that is roofed from the bottom to the top, the metal hanger is placed on the ridge side of one metal face plate, as shown in Figure 13 A, B, C, and D. This was done by locking and fixing the bottom part, that is, the bottom part. In addition, because the position where the hanger is fixed is closer to the ridge of the roof than the lower ridge, under strong winds and rain, the fixed position floats up in the direction of the air, which is one of the causes of rain build-up, creating problems in terms of watertight structure. Improvements were expected from at least two aspects: the hanger structure and the hanger fixing position. When doing this type of roofing, first, scaffolding is erected around the roof, and using this scaffolding, hangers are attached to the rafters installed on the main building on the roof support material, and the face plate is moved from the eaves to the ridge side. This is done by sequentially connecting and fixing each other in stages.

なる。 However, in the case of such conventional horizontal roofs, the face plate is joined from the eaves to the ridge side, that is, from the bottom to the top with the eaves as a reference.
Particularly on roof structures with steep slopes, work is not only extremely difficult and dangerous, but also as construction is carried out in stages, the top of the face plate after construction may be used as a foothold for workers, or Because they are often used as a place to store things, the face plate is inevitably easily damaged, and moreover, it takes a great deal of effort to lift the face plate. Furthermore, in the final stage of construction, the width dimension of the top face plate assembled based on the eaves tends to be incorrect at the ridge rise part of the roof, and the ridge side seam of the top face plate is attached to the ridge rise part. Fixing using hanging members is troublesome and requires skill, and while it is not a problem even if there is some rain if it is close to the eaves, it is not a problem if there is rain in the area near the ridge, which is fatal for roofs. There is a possibility that this may occur in some parts. Also, during construction,
The hanger that fixes each face plate is designed so that the ridge side part of the face plate can be held down by a hook part extending from the ridge side, and the fixed part can be attached to the upper and lower face plates. Since it is off toward the ridge side than the seam joint, the installation strength is low. Therefore, when wind pressure acts on the seam joint of the face plate from the eaves side, the wind blow-through load acts upward on the hanging part of the hanger. Then the hanger gets blown up and easily peels off.
This causes the face plate to rise and cause rain to accumulate.

This invention provides a hanger for a horizontal roof as described above, which includes a fixed piece supported on a rafter, an upright piece bent at a substantially right angle from the ridge side end of the fixed piece, and an upright piece. The support piece is bent from the free end toward the eaves in a direction substantially parallel to the fixed piece, and the length in the direction of the eave ridge is shorter than the length of the fixed piece in the same direction. At the free end of the support piece, attach a hanging piece with a cross-sectional shape that is bent approximately parallel to the upright piece on one side of the fixed side, and further bent to one side to stand up almost parallel to the fixed piece. 3
A space is formed on the eave side of the upright piece between the supporting piece and the fixing piece within a range where the ridge side seam part provided on the lower face plate can be inserted and latched, and the above-mentioned A fixing portion to the rafter is provided on the eave side edge of the fixed piece that protrudes from the free end of the support piece toward the eave.

The roof hanger according to the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and the hanger has its fixing portion to the rafter provided at the eave side edge of the fixed piece that protrudes toward the eaves from the free end of the support piece of the hanger. Therefore, the fixing part of the hanger can be fixed at a position closer to the eaves than the bulge part of the face plate. For this reason, compared to a hanger whose fixed position is closer to the ridge than the ridge, it is much more resistant to wind blow-up, and there is no risk of rainwater entering from the floating part of the ridge. , a great watertight effect can be expected. In addition, since the fixed part of the hanger protrudes toward the eaves, when the face plate is horizontally roofed from top to bottom, the outside of the support piece of the hanger can be supported inside the eave side seam of the upper face plate. At the same time, the upper face plate can be firmly fixed on the rafter via this hanger by simply attaching the outside of the hanging piece of the hanger to the inside of the hanging part of the face plate. be able to. Furthermore, the hanger has a space formed on the upright eaves side between the supporting piece and the fixed piece, so that the ridge side seam of the lower face plate can be inserted and latched.
To be able to accurately engage the ridge side seam part by simply performing a so-called "go and go" operation within this space, and to latch the hanger and the seam part without elastically deforming them. Can be done. Furthermore, by making the above-mentioned hanging piece part as short as about 1/3 of the height of the upright piece, this space becomes a space in which the "go and go" operation can be performed easily, making work easier. It is also beneficial to improve In addition, the shape of the hanging piece of the hanger is bent from the free end of the support piece to the fixed side almost parallel to the upright piece, and then bent to the upright side almost parallel to the fixed piece. Even if a sliding load is applied to the eaves side, a part of the upper eave side bevel and the tip of the hooking piece are locked, so deformation of the face plate can be prevented. .
Furthermore, since the hanging piece of the hanger is formed as described above, when the ridge side seam part of the face plate is engaged with the eave side seam part within the space, the ridge side seam part is connected to the eave side seam part, Since the hanger can be locked in close contact with the hanging piece of the hanger, it is possible to lock the hanger part extremely stably. In addition, the hanger of this invention,
When used on a roof with a base member inserted inside the face plate, the thickness of the eave-side end of the base member and the height of the upright piece of the hanger are approximately equal, thereby reducing the gap between the hanger and the base member. Since this eliminates most of the damage, it is possible to provide a strong roof. In addition, since this hanger does not need to be elastically deformed and fixed, the hanger can be made thick and strong.
It can be made rigid enough to withstand being flipped up during rainstorms. By using this hanger, it is possible to roof from top to bottom with excellent workability, and once the roof has been roofed, there is no need for the worker to stand on it, which prevents damage to the face plate. There is no danger and the finish is very clean.

A main house 2 is disposed on the roof support member 1, and a rafter 3 made of a channel member having a C-shaped cross section is installed on the main house 2.
Incidentally, the rafters may have an appropriate shape such as a hat-shaped cross section or a multi-stage type. On the rafters 3, horizontally roofed face plates 4 made of metal plates are joined in stages from the main building 21 forming the rising part of the ridge toward the eaves, and between the lower surface of these face plates 4 and the upper surface of the rafters 3. A base member 5 made of wood wool board is interposed between the rafters 3 and supported on the rafters 3. As shown in FIG. 2, the horizontal roofing face plate 4 is made of a long steel plate of a predetermined width, which is coated with anti-rust baking coating.
This steel plate is formed by a roll forming machine or the like, leaving a face plate part 41 at the central part along the longitudinal direction, and forming a continuous ridge side seam part 42 on the ridge side edge 4a and an eave side seam part 43 on the eave side edge 4b. The ridge side seam part 42 and the eave side seam part 43 are shaped so that they can be jointed to each other. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the face plate 4 has a seam portion 4 extending from the ridge side edge 4a of one face plate 4.
2, a rising part 4c is formed, and a rafter part 4d is formed from the eave side edge 4b of the face plate 4 to the eave side seam part 43, and the rising part 4c and the hanging part 4d engage flush with each other. As a result, even under strong winds and rain, rainwater flows in one direction on the surface, so the amount of rainwater etc. that enters the inside of the seam is extremely small, and this face plate structure significantly improves the watertight function of the seam. Can be done.

A standing piece 82 stands up at right angles from the ridge side end, and a fixed piece 81 extends from the upper end of this standing piece 82 toward the eave side.
It has a basic shape that is formed integrally with a supporting piece 83 bent almost parallel to the surface plate, and has a substantially U-shaped cross section. As will be described later, a space 84 within the substantially U-shaped cross section is formed by a face plate from top to bottom. To roof the roof, connect the eave side seam 42 of the upper face plate 4 to the ridge side seam 42 of the lower face plate 4.
The structure is such that there is enough room to allow the insertion and locking operation of step 3 to be carried out smoothly. At the free end of the support piece 83, there is a hanging piece bent toward the fixed piece 81 side in a direction substantially parallel to the upright piece 82, and further bent almost parallel to the fixed piece 81 toward the upright piece 82 in a cross-sectional shape. Standing piece 8
It is formed to have a short height dimension, about 1/3 of the height dimension of 2. Moreover, the support piece 83 of the hanger 8 is the fixed piece 8
The length dimension in the ridge eave direction is shorter than that of 1, and the fixed piece 81
The eave side end 81a, which is the fixed part, protrudes toward the eave from the free end of the support piece 83, and a pair of attachment holes 85 are drilled in the eave side end 81, so that the eave side end 81a becomes the fixed part. Increased installation strength.

As is clear from the above explanation, this invention
A roof hanger used for roofs in which the face plate is horizontally covered from the ridge side toward the eaves, which includes a fixed piece supported on the rafters, and a fixed piece bent at a nearly right angle from the ridge side end of the fixed piece to stand up. and a supporting piece that is bent from the free end of the upright piece toward the eaves almost parallel to the fixed piece and whose length in the eave direction is shorter than the length of the fixed piece in the same direction. At the same time, at the free end of the support piece, a hooking piece portion having a cross-sectional shape bent to one side, which is bent approximately parallel to the upright piece on one side of the fixed piece, and further bent to one side to stand up almost parallel to the fixed piece, is attached to the free end of the support piece. Form it to a short height of about 1/3 of the height of the piece,
A space is formed on the eave side of the upright piece between the support piece and the fixed piece, within a range where the ridge side seam part provided on the lower face plate can be inserted and latched, and protrudes from the free end of the support piece toward the eave side. By providing a fixed part to the rafters on the eave side edge of the fixed piece, it has many effects as follows. That is, in the roof hanger according to the present invention, since the fixing portion to the rafter is provided at the eave side edge of the fixing piece that protrudes toward the eaves from the free end of the support piece of the hanger, The fixing part of the hanger can be fixed at a position closer to the eaves. For this reason, compared to a hanger whose fixed position is closer to the ridge than the ridge, it is much more resistant to wind blow-up, and there is no risk of rainwater entering from the floating part of the ridge. , a great watertight effect can be expected.

The upper face plate can be securely fixed on the rafter via the hanger by simply attaching the outside of the hanging piece of the hanger to the inside of the hanging part of the face plate. can.

なつて、作業性の向上にも益がある。 The hanger has a space on the eave side of the upright piece between the support piece and the fixed piece, so that the ridge side seam of the lower face plate can be inserted and hooked. The parts can be properly engaged with each other by simply performing a so-called "pull" operation within this space, and the hanger and the part can be latched without being elastically deformed.
Moreover, this space is created by making the hooking piece part as short as about 1/3 of the height of the upright piece.
This creates a space where you can easily perform the ``Go Tekoi'' operation, which also has the benefit of improving work efficiency.

Even if a sliding load is applied to the side, a part of the upper eave side seam part and the tip of the locking piece part are locked, so deformation of the face plate can be prevented.

部の掛止めが可能である。 Since the hanging piece of the hanger is formed as described above, when the ridge side seam part of the face plate is to be engaged with the eave side seam part in the space, the ridge side seam part is connected to the eave side seam part, and the hanger is attached to the eave side seam part. Since the hook can be closely attached and locked via the hooking piece, it is possible to lock the halves extremely stably.
