(Prior Art) Conventionally, foldable sunshades for buildings include blinds or blinds in which both ends of a large number of thin bar-shaped or thin feather-shaped light-shielding members are connected in parallel at regular intervals by a pair of string members. 2. Description of the Related Art Sunshades and the like are known in which both ends of a winding rod around which the tip of a light-shielding fabric is wound are rotatably supported by a pair of extensible frames.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, blinds and blinds are usually used by hanging them along the window frame to block light indoors and prevent heat. Even if it is used for the purpose of creating a shaded space outside, there are problems in that it is not possible to secure a wide shaded space against the sunlight shining from above, and it also obstructs the passage of people. This problem does not occur because the fabric is supported almost horizontally by the frame, but when installing it into a building, it is necessary to maintain a constant distance between the pair of frames in the horizontal direction. Therefore, it is necessary to install it on the same plane.
If the walls or window frames of a building are not formed flat, for example, at the corners of the building, or if the walls or windows are bulged outward in an arc shape to give the building a distinctive appearance. It is difficult to install it in such areas, and in order to block light in these areas, it is desirable to form a fan-shaped shade around that area. Since the fabric used for this purpose is stretched into a rectangular shape, there was a problem in that it could not meet such requirements.

(Means for solving the problem) The technical means for solving the above problem is to arrange a plurality of frames so that they can rotate around the same axis on almost the same plane, and to arrange the frames in a flexible manner. They are mutually connected by a light shielding member made of a material, and the frame can be folded by rotating.

(Function) When the rotating shaft of the frame is attached to the building and the frame with one end of the light shielding member attached is rotated, the other frames will sequentially rotate due to the tensile action of the light shielding member. , each frame expands in a fan shape, and the light shielding member extends in a fan shape.

As shown in FIG. 3, the plurality of rod-shaped frames 5 are of the same shape and length and have a downwardly bent portion 6 of a predetermined length on the tip side, and the base of each frame 5 is as shown in FIG. As shown, it has attachment parts 5a formed in the shape of a thin ring, and each attachment part 5a is rotatably fitted to the vertical shaft 3 in an overlapping state. That is, the plurality of frames 5 are arranged so as to be able to rotate about the same vertical axis on substantially the same plane, and the horizontal rod portion 5b of each frame 5 is formed to be wide in the vertical direction. Therefore, due to mutual interference of the horizontal rod portions 5b, each frame 5
The arrangement order of the rotation direction is regulated. Fixing magnets 7 are attached to the side surfaces (rear surface in FIG. 1) of the frames 5 arranged at the front and rear ends (left and right ends in FIG. 1) in the rotational direction.

Next, a large number of band-shaped light shielding members 8 made of a flexible material such as cloth are placed between each frame 5.
As shown in the figure, they are stretched in parallel at regular intervals, that is, so as to form a spider web shape as a whole.
To attach the light shielding member 8 to each frame 5, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a mounting bracket 9 having a U-shaped cross section with a triangular side surface is fitted onto the frame 5 from above the light shielding member 8. Therefore, each light shielding member 8 is stretched at a constant angle with respect to a horizontal plane. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the light shielding member 8 is similarly attached across the bent portions 6 of the frame 5.

The awning 1 of this embodiment is usually installed by fixing its mounting board 2 to an appropriate part of a building. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, when installing the sunshade 1 at the corner of a building 10, the mounting board 2 is fixed to the pillar 12 at the corner by nailing or the like, and the mounting board 2 is fixed to the pillar 12 at the corner. Expand each frame 5 until each frame 5 comes into contact with the walls on both sides of the corner, and then attach the magnets 11 that have been attached in advance to predetermined positions on the walls on both sides to the frames 5 on the front and rear ends. The frame 5 on the front and rear end sides is fixed to the building by the adsorption action with the attached fixing magnet 7. In this state, the light shielding member 8 is connected to each frame 5.
If the length of the light shielding member 8 is set so as to maintain tension between the two frames, each of the intermediate frames 5 other than the front and rear end frames 5 will also be fixed by the tensile force of the light shielding member 8.

Next, as another example of use, the sunshade 1 may be attached to a flat wall portion of a building, for example, above a window or doorway provided in a flat wall to block light from the window or doorway. Even in this case, since the sunshade 1 is extended in a fan shape that is expanded to 180 degrees around the window or doorway, the above-mentioned responsiveness to changes in the direction of irradiation of sunlight can be obtained.

As yet another example of use, the sunshade 1 may be used as an independent shade device rather than as a building equipment. That is, although not shown, the length of the light shielding member 8 is set so that each frame 5 can be expanded over 360 degrees, and the magnets 7 attached to the frames 5 at the front and rear ends have different magnetic poles. , magnet 7
When the front and rear frames 5 are fixed to each other by the adsorption action of the same type, the awning 1 is expanded into a circular shape, so if the center part is attached to the upper end of the support rod, it can be used as an outdoor shade parasol, etc. is also available.

Although not shown, as another embodiment, only the base of the frame on the front end side is fixed to a vertical shaft that is linked to a motor or the like and can be rotated reversibly, and the other frames are fixed to the vertical shaft as in the above embodiment. The awning may be rotatably mounted in a similar configuration so that the awning can be extended or folded as the frame on the front end is rotated, and the frame and the light shielding member can be stored on the wall in the folding direction of the awning. A box may be provided, and the frame on the front end side, that is, the frame that is stored last in the box, may be formed wide so that this frame functions as a lid for closing the box. Furthermore, hook pieces for hooks may be attached to the frames at the front and rear ends in place of the magnets 7, and in this case, when attaching the awning to a building, hook pieces may be attached to the corresponding wall parts. shall be provided. In addition, in order to regulate the opening angle between adjacent frames, strings of a predetermined length are connected between each of the sequentially arranged frames, or are inserted into holes provided at corresponding positions in the adjacent frames. An arcuate connecting rod with bulges at both ends functioning as stoppers for the frame may be attached.
