【従来の技術】
従来、折畳みテントは設営や折畳み収納時に手数がかかり、設営の風防対策には熟練度が必要であるし、出入口はジッパーで開閉するか、たれ下げたカバーをはねあげる方式であったし、シートの取付構成に関しては、シートの袋縫いの中に骨材を囲い込むとか生地に設けた多数の結束ひもを骨材に結束するとか直接生地と骨材とを細糸で絡ませて留めていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、折畳みテントではシートの天井部に結束ひもを設けることを避けるために袋縫いの中に骨材を通す構造にして好ましい外形をとれなかったり設営に手数と慣れが必要であったし、シートに結束ヒモを固着させて骨材に結束するものでは位置がずれるのを防ぐため多くの結束ひもをシートに固着させる手数が必要となって設営と収納に手間がかかる結果となっていた。更に、特許願2000―381405では頂上の屈折部をナット・ビスのような連結具を用いたが、締め加減が難しくナットの脱落を留めるのに手数が必要であった。加えてカバーシートを屋根骨材に取り付けるのに縛るだけでは位置ずれがしたり、ヒモが弛んだりして多数の位置にヒモを取り付ける必要があり、骨材に孔を穿孔すると強度が落ちる弱点が生じた。出入口をジッパー方式にすると凍結地域では開閉が極めて困難になるし、ジッパーの破損時の問題もあった。加えてテント内で濡れた下着などを干すために吊す仕掛けもなかった。凍結地では一重のテントでは凍り付き、二層のカバーシートで断熱空気層を設けないと寒くて安眠できない等の問題が生ずる。更に、透明のカバーシートにより簡単に設営と折畳みできる温室を提供するのも目的である。

本発明では頂上部を屈折可能に連結した頂上部屈折式屋根骨材の多数の両端部を左右の回動連結装置に支持せしめてあるので、該左右の回動連結装置の位置を固定すれば頂上部は左右方向には揺れずに安定する。該多数の屋根骨材をヒモのような結束具によりカバーシートを取り付ければ前後方向の位置の揺れも解消できるから、展開時のテントの形態が屋根骨材が頂上部屈折式でも安定する。又、中央の1本を固定すれば設営時や折畳み操作が楽になるが、回動可能であっても本願の効果は得られる。段階的回動支持装置によれば、ビスの使用によりテントの解体や袋縫いのカバーシートの着脱が容易になる。
従来、屋根骨材とカバーテントとは多数の部位での結束が必要であつたが、吊り孔を設けた連結具による連結では金属・ひも等の係止具の固定が簡単であり、位置ずれがないので他の位置での係止を省略して少ない部位に減らしても使用上問題が生じないし、従来の袋縫いの折畳みテントでは骨材を利用する機能の付加ができなかったが、本発明では折畳みテントであるのにカバーシートの交換が容易であるし、吊り穴に取り付けたフックで安定的に衣類を吊せるし、保温効果のための内層のシートの天井部を吊すのにも利用できる。該内層シートは天井部を前記吊り孔に係着させ、裾部は下帯の下穴に係着できるから、簡単に内外の二層テントを設営できる。
