【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この発明は、模様付冷菓を切断するに当り、模
様の変形、損傷を防止し、模様が鮮明に表われる
ように切断することを目的とした冷菓用線カツタ
ー装置に関するものである。

(従来の技術及びその課題) 従来知られている線カツター装置としては、発
熱線(例えばニクロム線)を張設したカツター又
は合成樹脂線(例えばナイロン糸)を張設したカ
ツターがある。然し乍らニクロム線による加熱切
断は、ニクロム線が冷菓によつて冷却されるの
で、切断の都度ニクロム線の温度を所定の温度
(例えば+10℃〜+80℃)まで上昇させなければ
ならない。その為に−4℃〜−8℃の冷菓を切断
するときには、ニクロム線の温度を少くとも120
℃以上にする必要がある。この場合に冷菓を切断
しない部分のニクロム線は温度が上昇しすぎ、冷
菓の溶解物が炭化し、この炭化物が次第に堆積す
るとニクロム線から離れて製品に付着する欠点が
あつた。またナイロン線を用いると、冷菓の一部
が線に付着し、切断表面の凹凸が多くなり、かつ
切断方向に引きつれが起り、冷菓の模様にゆがみ
を生じ、模様が不鮮明になるなどの問題点があつ
た。

プーリーへカツター線6を装着すると共に、前記
カツター線6の一部へテンシヨンプーリー7を当
接し、テンシヨンプーリー7はコ状枠1に移動可
能に取付けた調整杆8の一端に取付けてある。図
中9は加温装置である。前記カツター装置は、コ
状枠開口側を冷菓10のノズル11に対向し、水
平摺動可能に設置され、コ状枠1はエアシリンダ
ー12のピストンロツド13端に固定されてい
る。そこでモーター14を始動し、駆動プーリー
5を駆動すれば、カツター線6は第1図中矢示1
5の方向へ移動する。更にエアシリンダー12の
一側に加圧エアを送入すれば、ピストンロツド1
3を介しコ状枠1は第1図中矢示16の方向へ摺
動し、カツター線6によつて冷菓10を切断す
る。前記における駆動プーリー5は間欠回転又は
連続回転することになり、冷菓に当るカツター線
6は常時清掃されていて新しいものと同様である
から、冷菓の切断面に表われた模様は鮮明であ
る。

ダー20に固定したもので、図中21は固定ロツ
ド、22はテンシヨンプーリーである。前記にお
いて、固定ロツド端よりエアーを給排すれば(第
5図中矢示23,24)エアシリンダー20が矢
示25,26の方向へ往復移動し、カツター線を
矢示27,28の方向へ往復移動させる。

ー線の移動によつて同一位置を使用することがな
く、再使用時にはカツター線が清掃されているの
で、一度セツトすれば、相当長時間連続使用し得
る利点もある。
