Braking friction heat is generated in automobile wheel calipers during braking. This wheel caliper has
The brake hose is connected via the hose fitting. Therefore, when the automobile is braked, braking frictional heat is conducted to the end of the brake hose connected to the wheel caliper through the hose fitting.
Braking frictional heat poses no problem during normal braking, but when severe braking is repeatedly performed, it generates a large amount of heat and causes local thermal deterioration of the brake hose.
This is because the hose fitting is made of a metal with good thermal conductivity.

However, it was impossible to obtain a hose fitting with low thermal conductivity.

The gist of the present invention is that a socket part and a nipple part are integrally fixed to one end face of the flange part, and a threaded part with another member is integrally fixed to the other end face of the flange part. A socket part and a nipple part are integrally fixed to one end face of the hose fitting and the flange part, and the other end face has an inner hole into which the fixed end part of the threaded part with another member can fit. There is a fitting main body which is provided, and the fixed end portion of the threaded portion with another member made of ceramic is fitted into the inner hole, and after this, the flange portion adjacent to the fitting portion is pressed with a push member. A method of manufacturing a hose cap fitting characterized in that it is fixed by being compressed and plastically flowing.

S12C to S15C are suitable as carbon steel. Further, in the present invention, the ceramic may be of any material as long as it has low thermal conductivity and can withstand the pressure of the hydraulic circuit, such as alumina-based fine ceramics, zirconia-based fine ceramics, silicon nitride-based fine ceramics, and the like.

The action of the present invention is achieved by constructing the hose fitting from a fitting body made of a metal material that can be plastically fluidized by compression crimping and pressurization, and a threaded portion with another member made of ceramic with low thermal conductivity. The present invention is capable of effectively achieving both hose crimping performance and low thermal conductivity, which was previously impossible.

As is clear from FIGS. 1 to 3, the hose fitting body includes a flange portion 1, a socket portion 2, a nipple portion 3, and an inner hole 20.
A fixing groove 22 of the distal end fixing portion of the threaded portion 4 with another member is fitted into the inner hole 20 and fixed thereto. The method for fixing the threaded part 4 with another member inward 20 is to first fit the fixing groove 22 of the threaded part 4 with the other member into the inner part 20, and then attach the flange adjacent to the fitted part. When the pushing part 21 of the part 1 is pressed by a pushing member, it plastically flows into the fixing groove 22 and is fixed. The sealing surface 5 is a sealing surface formed on the other end surface of the flange portion 1 during screw engagement.
