影面で反射された光線を受光素子にて受光した時
の受光像の幅により投影距離を求める投影距離測
定回路、該投影距離測定回路によつて求めた投影
距離に対応するレンズの焦点距離を求め、レンズ
の現在位置と比較してレンズを含む光学ユニツト
の移動方向と距離のデータを出力する焦点距離演
算回路、該焦点距離演算回路から出力された上記
データに基づいて上記光学ユニツトをレンズごと
移動させ、投影用光源面との距離を調整すること
により投影面に焦点を合わせる光学ユニツト駆動
回路、及びレンズの現在位置を常時監視、検出し
、該位置データを上記焦点距離演算回路に対し入
力する光学ユニツト駆動手段を備えたことを特徴
