Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は枠体に張設したスクリーンに感光液を
自動的に塗布する新規のスクリーン製版の自動感
光液コーテイング機を提供するものであつて、図
示せる実施例は、縦型フレーム1の前面にスクリ
ーンイ′を張着したスクリーン枠イの固定部2を
設けると共に当該固定部2に固定せるスクリーン
枠イの前面をモーター3およびベルト4よりなる
モータードライブ5によつて上下往復動するテー
ブル6を縦型フレーム1に案内レール7,7′を
介して取付け、このテーブル6に油圧シリンダー
8によつて上記のスクリーン枠イに向つて案内レ
ール9,9′を介して遠近するスライド部材10
を搭載し、このスライド部材10に感光液11を
容れるバケツト12の保持部材13をスクリーン
枠イと平行する軸14を中心として上下方向に回
転する状態に軸承し、また同スライド部材10に
保持部材13を上下方向に回転せしめる油圧シリ
ンダー15を取付け、上記のモーター3、油圧シ
リンダー8,15の各々を電気(駆動・検出)−
油圧(駆動)方式の制御装置(図示せず)にて制
御するようにし、且つ縦型フレーム1の下方部に
手動ハンドル17により回転する螺杆18によつ
て伸縮するジヤツキ形式の初期位置補正部16を

することにより同バケツト12の前縁をスクリー
ンイ′の下辺に軽く当接し、この当接状態に於て
テーブル6をモータードライブ5により上昇せし
めてスクリーンイ′に感光液を塗布すると共にバ
ケツト12の前縁がスクリーン(イ)′の上辺お来た
時にテーブル6の上昇を停止し、保持部材13お
よびバケツト12を水平に戻し且つスライド部材
10を遠退せしめてバケツト12をスクリーン
イ′より離し、この離し状態に於てテーブル6を
下降せしめて最初の位置に戻し、上記の一連の動
作を所要回数繰り返してスクリーンイ′に所要厚

スクリーン枠の固定部を設けると共に当該固定部
に固定せるスクリーン枠の前面をモータードライ
ブ、油圧シリンダー等往復動装置によつて上下往
復動するテーブルを縦型フレームに取付け、この

上記のスクリーン枠に向つて遠近するスライド部
材を搭載し、このスライド部材に感光液を容れる
バケツトの保持部材をスクリーン枠と平行する軸
を中心として上下方向に回転する状態に軸承し、
また同スライド部材に保持部材を上下方向に回転
させる油圧シリンダー等往復動装置を取付け、上
記の油圧シリンダー、モータードライブ等往復動
装置の各々を制御することによつて上記のスクリ
ーンに感光液を自動で塗布するようにし、且つ縦
型フレームの下方部にテーブルの初期位置の補正
装置を設けたことを特徴とするスクリーン製版の
自動感光液コーテイング機。1.
