[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an X-ray film package for dental X-ray photography. Generally, dental X-ray film is housed in a package that transmits X-rays but not light, and in this state is inserted into the oral cavity to take X-ray photographs of the affected area. A package containing such an X-ray film will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a plan view of the X-ray film package, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line in FIG. In each figure,
1 is a package made of opaque synthetic resin, 2 is the bottom surface of the package 1, 3 is the top surface of the package 1, 4, 5,
6 is each side of the package 1. The sides 4, 5, and 6 are sealed by welding the upper surface 3 and the lower surface 2 together. 7 is the other side, 8 is the bottom surface 2 and top surface 3 from side 7
This is the folded piece that is folded back between. 9 is an X-ray film housed inside the package 1, and 10 is an adhesive for bonding the upper surface 3 and the folded piece 8 together. By bonding the upper surface 3 and the folded piece 8 with an adhesive, an X-ray film package 11 in which the X-ray film 9 is completely sealed in the package 1 is constructed.
This X-ray film package 11 has no risk of exposing the X-ray film 9 even when handled in light.

FIG. 3 is a plan view illustrating development and fixing processing operations, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view along the line shown in FIG. 3. In the figure, parts that are the same as those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are designated by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. 13

is a hypodermic needle. After taking out the X-ray film package 11 from the oral cavity after photographing, the dentist inhales an amount of developer necessary for developing the X-ray film 9 from the developer container into the cylinder 13a of the syringe 13. Next, the injection needle 13b of the syringe 13 is inserted into the package 1 from the upper surface of the folded piece 8 of the X-ray film package 11, and the developer is injected. As a result, the X-ray film 9 is developed. Next, a fixing solution is injected in the same manner as the developer injection described above. Finally, the package 1 is torn and the X-ray film 9 is taken out. In this way, an X-ray film 9 on which a desired X-ray image is developed and fixed can be obtained.

However, when injecting the developer and fixing solution using a syringe as described above, each time the development or fixing process is performed, the dentist or staff member opens the lids of the developer and fixer containers and pours the liquid from the container into the syringe 13. It was extremely troublesome to absorb the water and then close the lid of the container at the end. Add the liquid to the syringe 13
When inhaling the liquid, it is necessary to inhale an appropriate amount (too little will result in incomplete development and fixing,
If there is too much, the liquid must be discarded, which is troublesome and uneconomical. ), therefore, the doctor or staff member had to pay much attention to the amount of inhaled liquid, which was extremely troublesome and inconvenient.

In order to solve these problems, the following injection containers are being considered. That is, FIG. 5 is a plan view of the injection container, and FIG. 6 is a plan view of the injection container, and FIG.
FIG. In the figure, 15 indicates an injection container.
Reference numeral 16 denotes a liquid storage section for storing a processing liquid 17 such as a developing solution and a fixing solution; 18 an injection section for injecting the processing liquid 17 from the liquid storage section 16 into the X-ray film package;
9 is an injection hole formed through the injection part 18; 20
is the injection tip of the injection part 18. Reference numeral 21 denotes a sealing part that seals between the liquid storage part 16 and the injection hole 19 by adhering it with an adhesive 22 having a relatively weak adhesive force. 17 is filled in an amount necessary for development or fixing, and its leakage to the outside is prevented. Injection part 18
As shown in the figure, it is formed into a rather wide and flat shape.

When injecting the processing liquid 17 into the X-ray film package using the injection container 15, the injection part 18 is first inserted between the top surface 3 of the X-ray film package and the folded piece 8, and then pushed in as it is. Then, the adhesive part of the X-ray film package is peeled off, and the injection part 18 is inserted into the X-ray film package from the peeled part. Next, when the liquid storage part 16 is pressed by hand, pressure is generated in the processing liquid 17, and the sealing part 21 is peeled off because the adhesive force of the adhesive 22 is weak. As a result, the processing liquid in the liquid storage section 16 is injected into the X-ray film package through the injection hole 19 and the injection tip 20, and development and fixing processes are performed.

By the way, when injecting the processing liquid 17 into the X-ray film package from such an injection container 15,
To remove the adhesive from the wire film packaging, use injection container 1.
The width may be enough to insert the injection portion 18 of No. 5. However, when the injection part 18 is inserted, the peeling of the adhesive is not limited to the width of the injection part 18, and there is a risk that further peeling may occur.If peeling occurs over such a wide width, , X before development
There is a risk of exposure to line film.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a dental bag comprising a bag made of an opaque sheet containing an X-ray film, and a folding piece continuously folded back into the bag from the open end of the bag. In the X-ray film package, an introduction opening having a shape substantially matching the shape of an injection part at the tip of an injection container for a developing processing solution is left for injecting the folded piece and the opaque sheet in contact with the folded piece into the bag. The present invention is characterized in that it is provided with a welding part that is welded together and a sealing part that seals the introduction opening with an adhesive.

7 is a plan view of an X-ray film package according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a sectional view along the line shown in FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along the line shown in FIG. 7. In each figure, the same parts as in FIGS. 1 to 4 are given the same reference numerals, and their explanation will be omitted. 25 indicates the X-ray film package of this example. 26a and 26b are welding parts that weld the upper surface 3 and the folded piece 8, respectively, and are formed to face each other. 27 is each welding part 2
an introduction opening formed between 6a and 26b;
This is the only passageway that communicates between the outside and the inside of the X-ray package. Reference numeral 28 denotes an adhesive having a relatively weak adhesive force, and seals the introduction opening 27 by adhering the upper surface 3 of the introduction opening 27 to the folded piece 8, thereby blocking the connection between the inside of the X-ray film package and the outside. .

When injecting the processing liquid 17 into such an X-ray film package using the injection container 15, the injection part 18 is inserted into the introduction opening 27, and the injection container 15 is pushed forward. If the introduction opening 27 is formed to have substantially the same shape as the injection part 18 and to be larger than the injection part 18, the injection part 18 can be inserted into the introduction opening 27 very easily. When the injection container 15 is pushed forward, the upper surface 3 and the folded piece 8, which are bonded to each other with an adhesive 28 having a weak adhesive force, are pushed up and down and separated, and the seal is broken. In this case, only the portion bonded with the adhesive 28 is peeled off, and the welded portions 26a and 26b are not peeled off. Therefore, since the peeled portion is open and the injection portion 18 is present in that portion, light rays entering the X-ray film package from the outside are almost completely blocked. After the injection tip 20 is fully inserted into the X-ray film package, when the liquid storage part 16 is pressed as described above, the seal of the sealing part 21 is broken and the processing liquid 17 is injected into the X-ray film package. The X-ray film is then developed and fixed.

As mentioned above, in this invention, the folded piece and
An introduction opening is formed between the sheet of the wire film package by welding and this introduction opening is sealed with adhesive, which not only makes it extremely easy to insert the injection part of the injection container, but also makes it easier to insert the injection part of the injection container. Exposure to light during peeling can also be prevented.
