バのピツチが粗であつて開口面積が大となり空気
の平均風速が遅くなつても十分その風に乗つて凝
縮器13に付着するとともに、ルーバの通風抵抗
を減ずることができ通風効率を上げることができ
る。

保護としても兼用することができる。
