When manufacturing a decorative board in which a top plate is adhered in a pattern to the surface of a substrate, the adhesive is applied to one surface, and then the other is adhered to this surface via a patterned sheet. A makeup product characterized by forming a concave groove from the upper plate to the substrate at a position including the boundary between the periphery of the sheet and the adhesive to which the sheet is not attached, and then removing the upper plate through the sheet. This relates to a method of manufacturing a board.

As shown in FIGS. 1A to 1F, an adhesive 12 commonly used for bonding essential boards is applied to the surface of a substrate 11 such as plywood, sawn board, particle board, etc., and then the adhesive is applied to the surface of this substrate 11. A patterned sheet 13 is attached so as to partially expose it. If this sheet 13 is removable, such as a polyethylene sheet or a polypropylene sheet, it can be peeled off at the final stage of manufacturing, and a new decorative sheet such as a veneer can be applied to the exposed surface of the substrate 11, or it can be painted. put on makeup. This makeup may be applied to the surface of the substrate 11 in advance. Further, if the sheet 13 itself has been decorated in advance or if a veneer is used as the sheet, it can be used as it is as a decorative sheet. In addition, when using a sheet such as a veneer that may cause the adhesive to ooze out onto the surface, a paper lining or the like may be pasted on the back side to prevent the adhesive from oozing out. Next, a top plate 14 made of plywood, sawn board, particle board, etc. is attached to the surface of the substrate including the sheet 13, including the boundary between the outer periphery of the sheet 13 and the adhesive to which the sheet is not attached. A concave groove 15 reaching from the upper plate 14 to the substrate 11 is placed in the position.
The upper plate 14a is formed using an NC router or the like, and then the upper plate 14a is removed from the area to which the sheet 13 is attached. In this embodiment, the grooves 15 are formed along the outer periphery of the sheet 13 using a router, but depending on the shape of the sheet 13, the grooves 15 may be formed along the inner periphery of the sheet 13. Further, the depth of the groove 15 needs to reach at least the surface of the substrate 11, and may reach the middle of the substrate 11 as shown in the embodiment diagram. Further, a molding or the like may be formed on the periphery of the groove 15. In this way, the desired decorative board 10 is manufactured.

Next, as another example, FIGS.
When explaining H, A to D are as described above and will be omitted. In G and H, a patterned sheet 13 is attached to the surface of a substrate 11 via an adhesive 12, and an upper plate 14 is attached to this surface. Next, a sheet 17 is attached onto this upper plate 14 via an adhesive 16, and an upper plate 18 is attached to this surface, and grooves 19 and 20 are formed as shown in the figure. The groove 19 is formed to reach the upper plate 14 (corresponding to the substrate when viewed from the upper plate 18), and the groove 20 is formed to reach the substrate 11. Thereafter, the upper plates 14a, 18a on which the sheets 13, 17 are attached are removed. In this way, E and F have two layers, and G and H have three layers, and they can easily be made into any number of layers, and patterns can be made in the same way. In this embodiment, the central portion is a concave portion, but it goes without saying that a decorative board having a convex central portion can also be obtained by changing the shape of the sheet 13.

Similarly, FIG. 2 will be explained. Figure 2 I
~ Combined edition as shown in L. A sheet 13 formed in a pattern is placed on the surface of a substrate 11 such as a sawn board or particle board, and then an upper plate 14 coated with an adhesive 12 is attached to the back surface. Next, a concave groove 15 reaching from the upper plate 14 to the substrate 11 is formed using an NC router or the like at a position including the boundary between the outer peripheral edge of the sheet 13 and the adhesive to which the sheet is not attached, and then the sheet 13 is Remove the attached portion of the upper plate 14a. In this way, the desired decorative board 1
Manufacture 0. Note that the surface of the substrate 11 may be decorated in advance, or a sheet such as a veneer may be attached afterwards, or it may be painted.

Next, as another example, FIG.
Regarding N, I to J are as described above and will be omitted. In M and N, a patterned sheet 13 is placed on the surface of a substrate 11, and an upper plate 14 whose back surface is coated with an adhesive is attached to this surface. Next, this upper plate 1
A patterned sheet 17 is placed on top of the sheet 4, and an upper plate 18 whose back surface is similarly coated with adhesive is adhered to the front surface. Then, grooves 19 and 20 are formed as shown in the figure. Thereafter, the upper plates 14a, 18a on which the sheets 13, 17 are attached are removed. In this way, K and L are made of two layers, and M and N are made of three layers, and any number of layers can be easily made, and patterns can be made in the same way. In this embodiment, the central portion is a concave portion, but it goes without saying that a decorative board having a convex central portion can also be obtained by changing the shape of the sheet 13. Note that it is preferable to apply a backing material to the surface of the substrate 11 to prevent warping.
