Claims (1)
流動圧がかかつたとき弁孔を閉じるシール用弁体
をガスの流れ方向に移動自在に配設し、弁孔より
ガスの流れの上流側に弁受けを配設し、シール用
弁体が弁孔から離間して弁受けに当接するように
付勢する第1ばねをシール用弁体に設け、弁受け
の外周に本体管内が二重管状になるように仕切り
管を設けて仕切り管に弁受けを取り付け、本体管
内面と仕切り管外面との間に第1流入路を設けて
仕切り管の下流側に設けた連通切欠にて第1流入
路と上記弁孔とを連通させ、仕切り管内面と弁受
けの外面との間に弁孔に連通する第2流入路を設
けて第2流入路と第1流入路とを仕切り管の上流
側に設けたバイパス孔にて連通させ、通常第1流
入路の上流側に位置してバイパス孔を閉じて第1
流入路に一定のガスを流入させ、且つ一定以上の
ガスの流動圧にて押されて第1流入路を閉じてバ
イパス孔を開く流量設定用弁体を第1流入路に設
け、通常流量設定用弁体が第1流入路の上流側に
位置するように流量設定用弁体を復帰させる第2

A second valve body for returning the flow rate setting valve body so that the valve body for setting the flow rate is located on the upstream side of the first inflow path.
