[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a taping tape that is wound around a core to prevent deformation.

Traditionally, adhesive tapes wound around cores are often covered with paper or other paper on the sides to prevent contamination of the sides due to adhesion of dust during packaging, transportation, storage, etc. However, these methods not only require a lot of work, but also have paper, etc. attached to the sides, which obstructs unwinding. The remaining tape cannot be protected again.
In addition, there are also known tapes such as Utility Model Publication No. 48-87352 in which a molded product with a plate-like edge is inserted into the winding core so that the side surface of the tape does not come into direct contact with a desk, etc. It is impossible to prevent the peripheral surface of the tape from colliding and deforming.

In addition, when wound adhesive tapes having a relatively fluid adhesive layer are packed in a box and pressed against each other during transportation, or when external pressure is applied, the adhesive strength between the multilayer tapes in the wound layers may fail. produces a homogeneous part,
When using it, it becomes difficult to unwind it smoothly, and when applying it to the desired part of the body while unwinding it like taping tape, it cannot be wrapped with uniform tension, which only causes discomfort to the application area. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a satisfactory application effect.

Furthermore, since taping tape is used on grounds, gymnasiums, etc., it can get dented or damaged by hitting things or dropping it, especially the edges of the tape's outer circumferential surface, which can become dented and deformed. When viewed from the side, the entire circumference of the tape may have a wavy shape, and tapes that have been deformed in this way will naturally become uneven when being rewound. Taping tape that is wound around the application area cannot be wrapped uniformly.

This proposal was developed in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, etc., and the present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment.
A disk-shaped face plate 1 is formed of a thin and self-supporting plastic approximately corresponding to the shape of the side surface of the tape, and in the center of the face plate 1 there is a hole formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hollow part 12 of the tape core 11. A convex portion 2 is provided which fits in approximately the same manner, and a covering member 4 is formed on the peripheral edge 1a of the face plate 1, and is connected with an annular portion 3 that is bent inward, that is, toward the tape circumferential surface. ing. The annular portion is such that when the formed covering member 4 is fitted onto the side surface of the applicable tape via its convex portion, the inner surface of the annular portion is substantially in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the tape, or there is an appropriate gap. The extension width of the annular part can be formed as appropriate, for example, so that its tip reaches the upper part of the tape.

The self-supporting material for forming the covering member includes polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and other similar plastics, and transparent, opaque, colored, etc. can be used as appropriate, but if it is made of a transparent material, It is convenient because the side surface of the tape can be seen through while the covering member is adhered. The thickness of each part of the covering member may be thin as long as it can maintain the desired shape. For example, when it is formed using polyethylene, it is often preferable to have a thickness of about 0.025 to 0.04 mm.

Furthermore, although the convex portion 2 formed in the center of the face plate has a closing wall at the tip in the drawing, it may be formed in a cylindrical shape without a closing wall. The core can be easily supported by inserting a finger or the like into the hollow part of the winding core while the core is fitted.

The covering member formed as described above is adhered to both side surfaces of the corresponding tape via its convex portions. These covering members can be provided with displays such as product names, other characters, designs, etc. as necessary, thereby further increasing the commercial value.

This project has the above-mentioned structure, and the face plate of the covering member has a convex part in the center and an annular part around the periphery, so it is strong even though it is made of thin plastic, and the taping tape fitted with this is strong. Since not only the sides of the tape but also the edges of the outer circumferential surface are covered by the face plate and the annular part, there is no chance that this outer edge, which is the most vulnerable part of a wound tape, may come into contact with something else. Even if you drop it, it won't dent, scratch, tear, or become wavy, so it's securely protected, and you can always remove the covering and rewind the tape to use it again. It is a good idea to put it back on after use.
Unused taping tape is usually carried around by being stuffed into a sports bag, etc., but since this covering member is fitted, it ensures that the tape does not deform as described above. This allows for accurate taping even when used again.

Furthermore, since the tape is covered with the coating material as described above, there is no contamination due to adhesion of dust during transportation or use, and when it is rewound and used, there is no contamination such as dust that is often seen on conventional tapes. There will be no unsightly adhesion of dots on both sides of the tape. In addition, even if the adhesive layer is relatively fluid, if a large number of adhesive layers are packaged in a box, external pressure will not come into contact with each other during transportation or storage, and deformation due to local pressure contact on the rolled layers. The layered state is always maintained as it was wound under uniform tension at the time of manufacture, and it is possible to unwind smoothly over the entire length during use, and it is possible to wrap around important parts while unwinding. It can be easily applied with uniform tension at all times, and there will be no inconveniences such as discomfort at the application site during exercise or problems due to poor wrapping. Moreover, the structure is extremely simple, easy to handle, and economical to use.
