た。 Conventionally, hydraulic inorganic board materials such as cement, slag slag, or gypsum are used as the main raw material, and the color of the inorganic board material formed into the board material by paper-making equipment is almost the same as the color of the main raw material. The color ranged from white to gray. For this reason, the decoration of these boards was generally done by applying various colored paints to their surfaces or pasting decorative sheets on them. However, inorganic boards have the disadvantage that they are more likely to chip than wood-based boards such as plywood, and even if the surface is carefully decorated, slight chips will be noticeable during transportation or construction, significantly reducing the product value. or even became completely unusable.

The surface is easily stained, the design is problematic, and the three-dimensional effect is poor.

う。 Therefore, in this invention, in an inorganic board material with an uneven pattern formed on the surface and uniformly colored in a desired color to the inside, paint of different colors is applied to the concave and convex parts of the uneven pattern, and The above-mentioned drawbacks are solved by providing an inorganic board material in which the color of the paint applied to the concave portions or convex portions is the same as the color of the interior of the board material. In addition, in the inorganic board material of this invention, the inside is colored, which means that it is a color other than the main raw material, and a coloring agent such as a pigment of the same color as the paint applied to the surface is mixed or injected. This means that the inside is evenly colored.

A preferred method for uniformly coloring the inside of the plate material 1 with the colorant 2 is a method in which the colorant is added to a slurry of a mixture of a water-curable inorganic material, an auxiliary raw material, and water to form the plate material 1.

The same color here refers not only to colors that are exactly the same, but also to the range that can be judged to be the same color based on the judgment ability of a general human being, such as JIS
In the color chart specified in No. Z 8721, adjacent brightness and color ranges can be visually determined to be the same color.

いる。 As mentioned above, the inorganic board material of this invention is uniformly colored to the inside, and the color is the same as the color of the paint applied to the surface, so even if defects such as chips or cracks occur, It is not noticeable if the area is small.
Furthermore, since the concave and convex portions of the uneven pattern are coated with different colors of paint, the uneven pattern is emphasized and the three-dimensional effect of the inorganic plate material is increased.
