本考案は、特に自動車マツト、玄関マツト等の

ると、折り曲げ部分のシート部材とゴムマツトの

前記弾性シートとを高周波溶着し、前記第2のシ
ート部材と前記弾性シートとの間を防水せしめた
ことを特徴としている。

は高周波によつて溶着されて固着している。又更
に前記第2のシートの外周縁部によつて囲成され
る適宜個所12,12,…と前記弾性シートとは

ートとの溶着が確実に行なわれ、かつ熱可塑性樹
脂製のシート部材の全周縁部を弾性シートに溶着
してすき間がないためマツトを洗浄しても熱可塑
性樹脂製のシート部材と弾性シートとの間から水
が侵入するということが一切ない。このため防水
性の点で優れているとともに、耐久性の点でも優
