The present inventor has repeatedly researched methods for constructing wall surfaces using exterior wall materials such as large concrete plates and the structure of such large concrete plates, and as a result, has developed a method for arranging and fixing exterior wall materials such as large concrete plates on a predetermined surface of a building. In this case, it is possible to make the joint width between the external wall materials constant and adjust the front position of the concrete plate, thereby increasing the construction accuracy of the external wall materials and making the construction easier. We are proposing a method for constructing walls using external wall materials such as large concrete plates that can be used.
In general, concrete products have a high heat absorption rate, so when concrete plates are used as exterior wall panels of buildings,
When the concrete exterior wall panel receives direct sunlight, the concrete wall surface is heated, and there has been a problem in that the indoor temperature increases due to the heating of the concrete wall surface, especially in the summer.

First, the structure of the concrete exterior wall panel according to this embodiment will be explained with reference to FIG. A is a large-sized concrete outer wall panel (hereinafter simply referred to as a panel) which is also used as an outer frame, and a large number of tile boards 1 are pasted on the front of this panel A. Also, on two adjacent sides of this panel A, square protrusions 3, 3 having a thickness of about 2/1 of the panel main part 2 are formed, and on the remaining two sides, the above-mentioned square protrusions 3 are formed. , 3 are formed into rectangular notched grooves 4, 4 into which protrusions having the same shape as 3 are fitted. Further, inside the panel main portion 2, a plurality of air spaces 5 (three in this embodiment) are formed which pass through the panel in the lateral direction as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 6 denotes a reinforcing member such as a piano wire buried in the panel main portion 2, and 7 refers to a metal fitting having an L-shaped cross section that is fixed via pins 8 on both upper and lower sides of the back surface of the panel main portion 2.
A bolt insertion hole 10 for inserting a bolt 9 is formed in the horizontal surface 7' of this metal fitting 7, and furthermore, a bolt insertion hole 10 for inserting a bolt 9 is provided on both side end plates 7'' of this metal fitting 7. Notch 1 for tightening
1 is formed. In this embodiment, the metal fitting 7
are fixed to the upper and lower positions of the back surface of the panel, but the present invention is not limited to this, and they may be fixed to the upper, lower, left, and right positions of the back surface of the panel. Reference numeral 12 indicates a multi-striped unevenness formed on the back surface of the panel main portion 2, and this unevenness 12 is provided to improve adhesion to concrete. Furthermore, a nut 13 is embedded and fixed at a predetermined position between the two metal fittings 7 provided on the back surface of the panel main portion 2 through an adhesive such as epoxy resin. Reference numeral 14 denotes a joint groove provided along the outer side of the side having the rectangular notch groove 4 of the panel main portion 2.

The above is the structure of the concrete exterior wall panel A that also serves as an outer frame according to this embodiment. Next, a method for constructing the panel A will be described. First, arrange the above-mentioned panel A along the outside of the reinforcing bars B of the structure to which the panel A is to be attached so that the back side of the panel A faces the reinforcing bars B, and attach the notches formed in the metal fittings 7 to the reinforcing bars B. 11 to temporarily hold the panel A on the reinforcing bars B. Next, a bolt 9 is inserted between the metal fittings 7 provided on adjacent panels A, and a position adjustment nut 15 and a fastening nut 15' are screwed onto the bolt 9, and a washer 16, etc. in contact with these nuts. The fixing means ensures that the mutual gap between adjacent panels A, that is, the joint width, is constant, and that the air space 5 of each panel A is kept constant.
The top, bottom, left, and right positions of panel A are determined so that they communicate with each other. Next, construct an inner frame plate C along the inside of the reinforcing bar B, penetrate the anchor bolt D from the inside of the inner frame plate C, and connect the threaded end of the anchor bolt D to the nut embedded in the panel A. At the same time as the nuts 13 are screwed in, the front and rear positions of each panel A are determined by the screwing amount of the nuts 13 so that the front surfaces of each panel A are aligned. In this way, after arranging and fixing a large number of panels A at regular intervals vertically and horizontally, and with their front faces aligned, each panel A
If concrete is filled between the and inner frame board C,
The unevenness 12 formed on the back surface of the panel A firmly fixes the concrete and the panel A. Also,
The above-mentioned air layer 5 is placed in the joint groove between each panel A.
The paneling is completed by filling the joint with joint material so as not to block it, and then cutting the protrusion of the anchor bolt D on the inner frame board side and pasting the desired paint or sheet on the inner surface of the inner frame board. The interior will also be completed. In addition, in the present invention, since the concrete outer wall panel A is also used as an outer frame, it is extremely advantageous when concrete is poured.

As described above, the present invention is particularly advantageous in that the panel main portion 2
Concrete exterior wall panels A with air layers 5 formed inside are arranged vertically and horizontally, and the exterior wall surface is constructed in such a way that the air layers 5 of each panel A are communicated with each other. An air layer is built inside the outer wall surface, and even if the outer surface of panel A is heated by direct sunlight, for example, due to gas circulation or retention within the air layer 5, This has the effect of eliminating problems such as the heating of the inside of the wall surface, and making it possible to construct buildings with excellent livability.
