Claims (1)
- 天板１の開口部に、裏面が黒鉛板によつて裏打
ちされた鉄板５を載置せしめると共に、この鉄板
５の下方に複数の高周波磁界発生装置７を位置せ
しめ、交流磁界により前記鉄板５を誘導加熱させ
る様にしたことを特徴とする業務用鉄板焼カウン
ターテーブル。
