Claims (1)
- 有底筒状に形成されると共に底部が一方の電極
となるケース本体と、該ケース本体を施蓋して設
けられ、固定支持された端子を有する絶縁性の蓋
体と、基端側が該蓋体の端子に電気的に接続して
前記ケース本体内に設けられたスプリングと、該
スプリングの先端側に該スプリングと電気的に接
続して設けられ、押圧面側が他方の電極となる素
子押え部材と、該素子押え部材の電極と前記ケー
ス本体底部の電極との間に押圧支持される球形ま
たは正六面体以上の正多面体からなる感温素子と
から構成してなる温度センサ。
