を有するフイールドコアと、前記コイルに電流が
流れることで吸引されフイールドコア側へ移動可
能な可動スリーブと、可動スリーブが前記フイー
ルドコア側への移動時に前記第1ホイールの胴部
と第2ホイールの胴部とに巻付き又は離れること
で第1ホイールと第2ホイールとの動力を伝達あ
るいは遮断するスプリングとを備え、前記第2ホ
イールに、可動スリーブの端面と当接し移動量を
規制するほぼ垂直なストツパー面を備えたリング
状の規制部を設ける一方、前記フイールドコアに
、前記規制部の側面とほぼ垂直に接触し合うフラ
ンジ部を有する軸受部材を設けことを特徴とする
