動自在なロツドと、上記シリンダに対するロツド
の摺動部分を包囲して設けられかつ一端側がシリ
ンダに固定されるとともに他端側がロツドに固定
される伸縮自在な防塵カバーと、この防塵カバー
の内部空間と上記シリンダの内部空間とを互いに
連通させる第１の連通手段と、可撓性を有する材
料からなりかつ上記シリンダの外周部を取囲むよ
うにしてシリンダに気密に取着されていて内部に
体積調整室を有するシリンダカバーと、上記シリ
ンダカバーの体積調整室と上記シリンダの内部空
間とを互いに連通させる第２の連通手段とを具備
