ンジの切欠を一致させるべく第2フランジの周縁
に設けられた位置決め切欠に、第1フランジの一
部を切倒して形成された突片を貫通係合し、前記
円筒部には、前記両フランジの分解位置では前記
多数の切欠と一致して該円筒部への両フランジの
嵌合、離脱を可能にし、組立位置では両フランジ
を前記段部に挟止する多数の係止爪を設け、前部
