相順検出手段３と、電動機駆動指令信号が入力さ
れると共に上記相順検出手段３での検出信号が正
相状態であるときに上記駆動電源２からの出力を
電動機１に印加させる一方、上記相順検出手段３
で逆相状態が検出された時に異常信号を出力して
上記駆動電源２からの出力を遮断すると共に、異
常表示等の異常処理を行う逆転防止制御手段４と
を設けて成る電動機の運転制御装置であつて、圧
縮機の起動を検出する起動検出手段３０を設け、
起動後所定時間内は、異常信号の出力を待機させ
る待機手段３１を上記逆転防止制御手段４に設け
