ポリエチレン絶縁ケーブルの各線心を電気的に接
続し、その接続部位の外層を耐熱性材料によつて
被覆した後、該耐熱性材料の外層を熱収縮性材料
でさらに被覆するポリエチレン絶縁ケーブルの接
続構造であつて、 前記接続部位の外層と耐熱性材料との間には、
該接続部位に螺旋状に巻装され、当該接続部位の
外層形状を整形する帯状の可撓性絶縁材料が介在
されていることを特徴とするポリエチレン絶縁ケ
ーブルの接続構造。 (2) 上記可撓性絶縁材料はその外層側に耐熱材
料としてのガラス層が予め形成されていることを
